On Thursday July 11 2024, 6pm, I answered a knock at my front door. It was a gentleman by the name of Jon Jenkins and his two sons, Jarvis Jenkins and Jake Jenkins. They said they owned a company called Superseal Services and noticed my driveway could use some work and they happened to have too much sealant leftover and they could do my driveway for a deal. I spoke with him at length because it was something I had been looking at getting done and needed to get done. I had a brain aneurysm just over a year ago and a hemmhorhagic stroke in my brainstem and cerebellum resulting in left side paralysis and brain injury. I also have a son with Down syndrome. We both have mobility issues. I expressed concerns over a hole in the driveway that often causes both my son and I to trip. Jon told me he could reseal the driveway and fill the hole for $2000 including taxes but I would have to do it the following day. He kept saying it would look like a brand new driveway. I agreed. Jon spray painted the word SPRAY with arrows 4 times going up the driveway and circled all the cracks with spray paint. The man and his sons had English accents. Showed up the following morning as promised however they said my driveway was too damp and they would be back shortly. They did not return until 6 that evening and they were here for 15-20 minutes. I came out to look and Jon explained it would look better as it dried so I paid them via etransfer. They promised to email me a receipt but did not. Saturday morning I went out to see all of the spray painted words, arrows and circles clearly visible on my driveway, it looked as though they did nothing at all but essentially vandalize my driveway because it is absolutely not sealed, it now has spray paint allover it and the hole was not fixed. I called and texted to complain and they said they would come here on Wednesday July 17th to redo it and after waiting all day for them, they did not show and they are not answering my calls, texts and emails.
