** *** *** **** ***** BLANCO PRECISION U 400473 33" X 18" STAINLESS STEEL 18 GAUGE 2-BOWL, LARGE, MEDIUM UNDERMOUNT KITCHEN SINK WITH CUT- OUT TEMPLATE, STRAINER. I had pooling of water on the right side, it still does this. Customer care sent polish and a cloth. Then 3 months later had rust like stains on the left side. Customer care told me it wasn't a manufacture defect and then told me how to clean. When I responded that I wanted to speak to a manager since I clean exactly how they mentioned. No response. Terrible customer service. I specially bought this BLACNO sink because it was made in Germany and was about $2000. I thought I was buying a quality product from a quality company. I will never buy a sink from BLANCO again.Review from Anthony P

Blanco produces great quality kitchen faucets. After nearly 9 years the pull down hose started to leak. Which in my opinion our kitchen faucet runs constantly all day long. So I’m ok with how long it lasted. Bad timing as it’s just a few days before Christmas, I spoke with customer service, completed the warranty form and they had a new part delivered by the next day afternoon. Fantastic customer service!

Blanco is horrible to deal with. First I tried to call and order an o-ring kit for our pot filler ( I offered to buy it ) and was told that I MUST submit a warranty claim so I submitted the warranty claim and was then told that we had insufficient evidence of a valid warranty and so my claim would be denied. I again offered to purchase the o-ring kit and was then informed that they have been discontinued. The whole process of dealing with Blanco took about a week and was a complete waste of time!Review from C. A.

***** ******** ******* *********** ** worst possible customer service. The first sink arrived from ****** in multiple pieces. I did not heed that warning sign and ordered another. Professionally installed, the sink cracked within 6 months. I had difficulty with the warranty form, which requires technical knowledge. One representative told me to make copies of the required documents and mail everything in. Having heard nothing, I called about a month later. I was told no record had been created and only submission online was accepted. So, I have to have knowledge and access to technology but no one at Blanco can scan documents in or look at paper, but instead throws them in the trash. Two days ago, everything open on the laptop, I waited nearly 30 minutes to speak to a rep. Then I was dumped into voicemail and told I would get a callback the next day. Of course, that did not happen. So I called again today, explained my problem and was disconnected. ** * ***** *** ******** ****** Oh and my sink still drains into the cabinet below.Blanco Canada Response

This case was resolved by sending to the customer a brand new replacement sink. We appreciate their patience. We use customer feedback to understand the different requirements and continuously improve our technical support systems and processes.Customer Response

Even though there was nothing easy about this process, ultimately the company came through in a big way for me. I appreciate the company's providing me with a new sink at no additional cost to me.Review from Francisco O

Blanco Canada product and customer service is very poor and probably the worst.Their modus operandi is that they will email you a Warranty Form to complete but they will give you a hard time to complete it and it is impossible to complete.They set it up that way to frustrate you and eventually you will just give up.Try it your yourself.******** ******* ********* *** **** ****. **** ***** should stop carrying Blanco Canada products.It is very expensive and poor quality.Review from Meredith A

This is a very bad company. Their products are way overpriced, and they break repeatedly. Bought a very expense $600+ faucet. It broke within 2 years. All they would do is yell over my voice, send a part that cost me $200 for a plumber to install, and then when it broke a year after that send me another part and refuse to replace the faucet. ** *** **** **** ****Review from Darrin C

Blanco does not support their products. When we renovated our kitchen we put in a Blanco pot filler. It started leaking in less than 2 years after minimal use. After in stalling new seals it still leaks because of poor quality plating. They claim it is a water problem. We have three other taps in our kitchen/pantry that have never leaked and we have never had a problem with. Dealing with the support people is very difficult. They always blame the problem on some or something else.Review from Shawn N

My faucet started leaking. After multiple attempts to reach their warranty department via telephone, I was finally able to speak to a representative. At first the representative was very helpful and asked that I send them an email with my issue, photo, model, and mailing address. The representative reassured me that the replacement part would be shipped shortly. After almost a month of not receiving the replacement part, I reached out again via email to the representative. I have not received a response after two more emails. I now cannot reach a representative by telephone. Horrible customer service and warranty program. ********************************
