May 2nd 2024 Pat M Excellent HVAC Company. This company is amazing. I have never received this kind of customer service in my life. From the initial contact with the company for a quote(Colin) on replacement of my furnace & air conditioner to the completion of the install (Austin & Maddie), they were fantastic. There was no pressure applied to buy their product. They made sure that I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decission. I did get quotes from several other companies and their's was the best . The quote, itself, was done so professionly. It had all the information about the product I would receive & the warranty information. They showed me the work they did & explained everything. They left the work space better than they found it. They went above & beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent HVAC company to deal with. A few weeks ago our HVAC system developed an odour like a decaying animal. We called duct cleaning they told us to call wildlife removal. Called wildlife removal they said call HVAC company. We called 2 they said not interested than called Total Aire Care. The owner answered we told him our situation and he said he is not to sure it’s a dead animal that it could be the furnace. The one strange part was the smell only was noticeable from the front 3 registers which is where the furnace is located in the basement. James the owner offered to come over at N/C to determine if it could be something in the ducts or the furnace itself. He did a full inspection and discovered that the heat exchanger I believe that’s what he called it had a crack in it. Also shows us where water had been running down on the electronics causing them to corrode. The smell he said was coming from the heat exchanger and that the 20yr old furnace needed to be replaced. We did both the furnace and AC at the same time since they were both 20yrs old. Colin the salesman gave us our options and put a fantastic deal together. Keatly and Brad did the install, they were professional and great to deal with. Next day after the install Jason came and cleaned and sanitized the air ducts and also cleaned out dryer vent. No more smell and also now that we have a proper furnace for our house the one room in our house upstairs at back of house is now warm. We would highly recommend this company. They do it all and none of the work is contracted out. It’s their own salesperson, installer’s, and duct cleaning persons

This company replaced my furnace and a/c unit at a fair price. Their staff showed up on time, were respectful, and left the area they were working in clean before they left. I had them over once more after the install because of an issue. They came over right away and the owner even contacted me the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly still. ****** ********* **** ******* Their customer service is superb and you really feel like their priority is ensuring the customer is happy. ***** ***** *********.

These guys did a wonderful job servicing my furnace and providing guidance on what to do when my water heater stopped working. I've had them back now three times, and the latest visit was duct cleaning. I have been really pleased everytime. 5 stars all around.
