I hired Nurtilawn last year to preform weed service in my line. They told me that I'd be paying for unlimited weed applications for the season as we had a heavy indestation. Once they did three weed applications they refused to come do anymore. We decided we would hire another company for 2022. We have had no contact with Nurtilawn. They haven't sent me anything in the mail, no emails, no phone calls. Then on May 12/2022 I came home to one of their signs on my lawn. Upon looking at surveillance footage, someone rang my doorbell, spoke to no one, then preceded to spray my lawn. My husband called Nurtilawn and the person on the phone said they'd cancel the services we didn't sign up for and refund us the money, yet there is still an amount showing up on my account. I'd like then to credit the account and cancel these services they signed me up for with out my consent.Business response
