After leaving 7 messages and sending 9 emails, I finally was able to discuss my situation with Robin A. He appeared to be sympathetic and we agreed on 2 payments, the first being November 21, 2024. The NEXT day, a payment of $331.58 was debited from account. I didn't have the funds and was returned. $48.00 NSF fee. I reached out to Robin asking what happened. WE HAD A WRITTEN AGREEMENT. No answer. Silence. TWO DAYS LATER, they tried again...BUT THIS TIME CHANGED THE AMOUNT TO $331.59 AND ADDED "CA" TO THEIR name. Another NSF fee. I went directly to my bank manger this time and he told me this WAS COMMON PRACTICE. ***** ********** *** *** ***** *****. After 7 more emails, repeated calls to Robin, I finally reached him yesterday. He was **** telling me it was my fault in the first place for not making the last payment on time. Asked about our agreement. He skirted around which makes me believe even if I paid that day, they would continue to attempt withdraws. I had my account restricted (basically closed) but the seem to use ********* tactics to get around it. I finally reached out to James C. The supervisor. He replied with a GENERIC email telling me to call. I CALLED HIM 6 TIMES. The agent would pick up (not speak) and just hung up. I tried from a different number. They answered. I asked for James C. Asked me my name and hung up. I emailed back James and even forwarded the agreement from Robin. Told him to call me because his agents were not putting me through. TOTAL SILENCE. I filled Al my debt to a credit consolidation company and cash 4 you still take money from my account with another name even if they signed the agreement with the credit consolidation company,plus of this * ** ******** **** every day calls about to pay my due amount.I had already a big payment with credit consolidation and I still get ********** from Cash 4 you,they stress me and explained about my file is already on

This is the second month in a row now. I had to wait days until I could apply for another payday loan. Once I applied, the website said I'd receive a response within the hour. Never got a response. I'm still waiting. I even tried calling them but of course it's only a callback number where they're supposed to call you back immediately. But here I am, pretty much end of day now, and nothing, no callback, no response through email and loan is still "in review". I'm so frustrated with this company! This is the only one that does this, I swear. I do not recommend getting a loan from them unless you can wait... but after they took their money, they seem to care less about you.

not so good customer service with response times and lucky if you even get one. They say they approve quickly but it usually is at least 24 hrs with a follow up. I have a been client for over 3 years. I have never been late on a payment nor have I ever missed one. They have called me every day telling me I was pre-approved to renegotiate my long term loan. Showed up..went through 25 minutes of paperwork (which they already have) to then be told that my approval was for 0$. What an insult.

I noticed a payment coming out of my bank account and after some investigating with my bank I figured out it was from Cash 4 You. I’ve never taken out a loan or conducted any business with this company so someone has clearly taken out a loan in my name, not sure why companies like this are allowed to give out loans without ID. I’ve called and left several messages and sent an email but haven’t received any response. A police report has been filed and my account has been blocked so this company can no longer ***** my money. Companies like this should be shut down, I’m not sure how this is allowed.

I have used cash4you for over 6 years with little to no issue save for some software glitches on their end. I paid off my installment loan earlier this year and fell upon hard times and went to open a new one. After sending in the initial forms and documents I was bombarded by a half dozen identical machine drive requests for my ID, which I did everytime without issue. I had nearly a dozen phone calls where I was asked over and over again to confirm. The same information as was in my application again and again then told to wait for the next call. Over 3 days of this then I get a random email saying my application was cancelled with no reason as to why. I reached out to cash4you and was told to call back, or the group handling my case was in a meeting then they would have that team call me back. I tried 6 times to make contact and no success. Something has happened to the company in the last 3 to 9 months that's has drastically altered how it works. I won't bring my business back here again.

They will not give me copies of what I owe. ******* ***** ** ********** ** ********** ******* I asked for copies. Very hard to get a hold of someone to help or customer services. They are claiming I own money I don’t.

I have sent I don't know how many emails with help for my online account and they don't answer back. I call my local branch they can't help. They just tell me to go in. Which does not help me. It's frustrating and annoying.

I have been waiting 4 days for a Reloan, when I am in good standing and provided all the necessary information. I’ve e-mailed them, called them and have finally run out of patience. I don’t understand why I have to provide them sensitive information immediately, but if I need the loan money? I’m waiting days.
