Jorgensen Roofing installed my roof and some gutters in 2014. In 2019, they replaced the front half of my roof/gutters after tornado damage. In early May 2022 one of the gutter downspouts fell off, and I called them to ask for it to be fixed. Two weeks later, there was a derecho and a piece of my front soffit became partially detached and twisted. I called again, asking for this to be added to my original request. Due to other priorities (customers with significant damage), I agreed to be patient for the work to be done. On August 10 I noticed water leaking through a bathroom vent after a rainstorm, and called them to have this added to the two previous issues. I was told someone would be out to address at least the roof vent issue within a few days. I called again on August 19, and again requested that the three issues be addressed. Again, I was told that someone would be out within the week. No one came. On Sept. 17 I sent an email noting this would be their final opportunity to make good on my requests, and that this was four months since my original request for service. I received an email on Sept. 19 saying Eike Jorgensen would come on Sept. 22. On Sept. 20, I received a call asking if someone could come that day, but needed someone home to access the bathroom vent. As I had no notice and was working downtown that day, I said it would not work, but confirmed that the Thursday appointment still stood. I was told yes. Well, Thursday (Sept. 22) came and went, without anyone showing up. No email, no call. On Sept. 27 I received a call from Jorgensen asking to come out the same day. I am out of town for the week and noted that no one had shown up on Sept. 22. The caller (****** *********) had no recollection of that, so I forwarded the email she had sent back to her. Her response asked me to advise when I would be back so an appointment could be scheduled. I am tired of chasing them and have little to no confidence they will actually come and do the work.Business response

We apologize for the delay in getting these issues resolved but due to the wind storm in May being overwhelming and having lost a number of employees the last month from covid, things have become a little hectic. The missed appointment was an error on our part and we apologize for that.
The detached downpipe initially installed by Jorgensen Roofing was removed and reinstalled by the people who did the siding on the garage wall. Though we are not responsible for the re-installation of the downpipe by the siding installers we will gladly re-install it. We have reached out to ****** **** via email requesting a time that is convenient for her so we can complete the repairs as she requested.
