On Dec 20, 2022 I purchased 4 C142 Canine Multidrug Sensitivity tests for 4 of my puppies for $75.00 each total of $339.00 via phone call. Account number *****. Received tests On December 27, 2023. I took swabs of 4 pups and sent tests back on December 27, 2023. I chose this company because they are a Canadian company AND on there website they claim to have results for profiles in 3 business days and genetic testing 7-10 business days. I called them on January 9, 11, 16, 2023 for test results. Results were not available. On March 28, 2023 I contacted HealthGene again requesting my money back because they did NOT provide me with the test results of the 4 pups in a timely manner as they claim on their website. I sold the pups for a lower price because I did not have the the test results. On March 28, 2023 I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor called me back on March 28, 2023 claiming results were emailed to me. They were NOT. I asked supervisor for her name and proof of sent email she refused to provide either. I told her I did not receive my test results and I was no longer interested because the pups were sold without the results at a lower price and I wanted my money back she again refused. On March 29, 2023 I received email with the test results for the 4 pups that were no longer in my possession. I called HealthGene on March 30 to speak to supervisor she did not return my call. I called again on March 31, 2023 was told she is not there until 11:00 am. I called back at 11:16 am was told she was sick. another employee came on the phone told me they will not return my money. I asked for her name she refused. I asked for screen shot of first email with test results she refused as well.
