I redeemed 45000 TD rewards points for gift cards on November 18, 2022. To date, I have not received my order, and contacted TD Rewards several times but they are not resolving this issue. Every time they ask me to wait a few days and their REp will contact me and the issue will be resolved, But nothing is happening, They can not track the order. On their website, when I log in and see the status of my order it is still showing "In Transit" Today when tried to cancel the order they denied it. * **** **** **** ** ** * *****

I had a flight booking to Glasgow on May 25, my flight was cancelled by the airline on the morning of my flight. I called into td rewards to find out what my options are. They weren't able to find me any comparable flights. I ended up booking through *******, so I asked the agent to cancel my flight through td rewards. I was assured I would get the full flight ticket back onto my card within a week, due to airline cancellation. It's been a month now, and I have not received anything. During this time period, I have called td rewards numerous times to get an update. Their response to me everytime was to wait a few more days. When I called again today, I was told to call the airline *****************************************************************************************. I was then provided a different phone number by the Td agent, she said it'll take me to td flight booking Center. The phone number had 12 digits. I questioned why it had 12 digits, she said it's the way the number is set up. When I called, ********* the number did not work. ************************** ****************************************************** All I want is my refund.

We (family of 4) took *** ****** flight on March 13, both myself and my husband are *********** credit cards holders and we are entitled for free baggage according to the advertisement/promotion in *** ****** & TD websites. However, when we checked in on that day, the agents charged us 2 extra luggage fee ********************, we have total of 6 luggage. From the terms and conditions in the credit card, it mentioned the primary card holder is entitled for 8 free baggage. However, the agent mentioned my husband is not eligible which make absolutely no sense to me as both of us are TD ******** credit cards holders. I believe the "term and condition" is apply to individual, not to a household. Can you please help me to resolve?
