Been with this company since I began driving so literally 10 years ago. Clean driving record, no tickets or accidents- every year my rate continued to climb. It was from $138/month to $228/Month. Notified them today that I would be canceling my policy and they're charging me a cancellation fee of $176. Really poor customer service not explanation for increased rate other than "Your vehicle has a high theft rate" Yeah ok... ** **** ***** ****Review from Shaun P

************************* i had a accident in October of 2021 and i was dammed as at fault even tho the accident was not a regular situation as i was backing out of a drivway and someone parked their car across the st right behind the driveway 3 to 5 feet from sidewalk we have narrow streets and i was driving a pickup truck before i was out of the driveway i had already backed into the parked car across the st . I had my dashcam on and recording and when i called to report my accident it immediately seemed as if the company qas againt me offered to submit my footage and they didnt even care i had proof of the situation . Fast forward a year same car parks in the same spot infront of the driveway across from a duplex my insurance company wants to drop me as a customer refuses to renew my policy 2 weeks ago i received a letter explaining my policy wont be renewed and every company i called is now increasing my quotes i cant pay 400 monthly that was my only accident no police were involved either...
