I bought a phone screen and the warranty. When I went to get my screen under warranty that's broke they made pay again. So now I've payed for 2 screens and 100$ for a warranty they want nothing to do with. I can't get ahold of the insurance company they advertised on the phone. Over email they say the wrong info has been sent and crphones is not helping to contact or make things right anymoreBusiness response

*****. We are terribly sorry that this has happened to you. We have done everything on our part that we can do. You purchased the warranty through *********.ca not CRPhones. We only repair the device. We do not have anything to do with their warranty claims.
10/28/2022 email with updated receipt sent
11/02/2022 again another updated receipt sent with required information.
11/18/2022 another email sent with a copy of last receipt and as I explained in the email we no longer have access to that POS system.
