      Rural wave is and has been the worst company I have have experienced. They **** you ever month on time but the service is always not working and the tv only has have the channels working. There is no customer service and if you manage to finally talk to some one , they are rude and always wants to **** you extra for a problem that is on there lines coming to your house. Terrible terrible terrible company.

      I cannot believe how consistently bad this service is! Over the last several months, we have just come to expect that our internet service will likely be down, for hours or days....with no explanation or compensation. Every day it's either completely down, or off and on throughout the day. NOT EXAGGERATING! 6+ MONTHS/DAILY! Our internet has been down all weekend, again...and they won't respond to our calls or EMAILS. We don't even know what the ongoing problem is. Beginning to think they don't have a customer service department. Unreal what this company gets away with! Not once have we seen a discount on our ****. In the month, I'd say we had service maybe 60% of the time! But the worst part is that they have no competition here, so we can't even switch to a better provider. DO NOT USE RURAL WAVE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

      Joined Rural Wave when we purchased our home as previous owners used it & cost savings to keep equipment. Big mistake. Initially service was slower than when we lived in town but workable although restrictions existed when working from home (e.g. Could not be on a Zoom meeting if a family member was watching Netflix).They had to repair/build a new tower in our neighborhood and since then (6+mos) the service has been horrible. Intermittent service and ridiculously slow. I have called & left various service tickets. Eventually was told the issue is the tower as several neighbors have same issue. When asked ETA for fix, I heard nothing. I've asked 3 times for information to cancel our contract and they will not answer my question. When they actually do call, they want to troubleshoot connections which I do every time before I even call. I asked to book a technician to come out & was told as the issue was known to be the tower they would not send someone out. Paying full price every month for little to no service. Often can't even open an email. Horrible customer service!

      I got this company mar. 2022, waited 5 days to have the tv contacted.Now again, no tv, have called for the last three days, I have been hanged up almost every time I call. No answers to anything and never any help from the support department. This company and NO customer service at all. If this company was the only one for tv. I would do with out. To top it all of I never got a discount for the last 5 days in March and know full well I will not be getting one this time. They company is crape

      Terrible customer service, we pay $100 a month for 10mbps service we are lucky to get 8mbps despite 4 visits in the last year they have not been able to get the reliability of the system to stay connected more than 10 hrs a day lately it has been three hours a day until last week when we lost service all together they will not return our phone calls. They will not repair their hardware without us paying them even more money.
