      Business: Krown London South, 65 Midpark Crescent, London, ON Date of service: 25 October 2022 Invoice amount: $146.84 Took our 2009 Lexus RX350 in for annual spraying. The vehicle was undamaged when it arrived. Damaged when it left. Approximately the fifteenth consecutive year of having various cars undercoated at this location. After the service was completed the attendant handed me the keys, mentioning that the power sprayer blew the front grill off the car. He didn't say it was damaged. I understood this to mean it was simply reinstalled. Looking over the car I saw that there was undercoating smeared on the windshield. There was also undercoating inside the vehicle on the drivers seat and on the driver side arm rest. Drove home and had a better look at the grill. Two of the plastic fastener were newly sheared off. I phoned Krown and spoke with *** (Manager?). Mentioned the car was dirty and had product both on the winshield and inside the car. Told him about the damaged front grill. He was unaware of the damage. We agreed I would come by the next morning. After showing *** the grill which was now sitting in the trunk, he said he'd talk to the guys. I watched as four or five employees chuckled as they recalled the incident. One said the vehicle arrived in that condition. Not possible as the grill was only sitting in the open cavity with nothing preventinging it from falling off during normal driving conditions. *** then explains that the car is a 2009 model and that the plastic is old. Said it may have happened when the hood was "slammed" shut. *** then said "Who am I to believe? My employees or you? I won't cover the damage." He seemed to be implying I drove the car there with the grill already damaged. I responded by asking for a business card. *** offered the head office phone number which I declined. Lastly I said "We're finished." Meaning *** had any lost future business on our vehicles. *** said "Fine have a good day." I left for home.
