There are two locations for this company in ******, one on **************** and one on **************. The one on ************** is run by a guy named ***************************. I wanted to replace the tiles in my kitchen. ****** came to my house to measure my floor and discuss the install. I agreed to the install because "London's Flooring Canada" looked like a professional, reputable company. When the install was done I couldn't close one of the doors in my house (the door from the kitchen to the laundry area). The trim was too high. I went to the store to talk to ******. He said that, "They don't do door cutting". I was like, "Thanks ******. Shouldn't you have told me that BEFORE you installed the floor? Because it was obviously necessary". Anyway, he made it clear that he was not going to do anything to fix the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If there's a problem with the install they won't fix it. I'm thinking of going to Small Claims Court.Business response

We understand that this repair falls outside the originally agreed-upon scope of work. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your complete satisfaction, we'd like to offer to complete the repair free of charge.
