I ordered food from Golden City Chinese Food today, January 2nd I paid $50.00, and it's unedible. I called the store requesting a refund and they said they can't take the food back so I could prove I cannot eat it. It's disgusting and the worse flavors I've ever had. They said if I came in they would give me a percentage back. That is not acceptable. I want a full refund as I couldn't eat any of it. It had a disgusting aftertaste.Business response

This customer stated that their food had no flavour asked us to go to their location and take back the food, they also wanted a refund.
We told them if the food doesn’t taste good to them, we cannot give them a refund if they already ate it. They hung up after.
However, we can give this customer a full refund ($50.00) for their order but they would need to come into the restaurant to pick it up.
We are open 2pm-8pm but closed on Wednesday. This customer can come any time during these hours.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey are not truthful as to why I complained. It was inedible and tasted gross, they know that. I took 2 bites and threw the rest out when they refused to refund my money.I will go get my refund as soon as possible.
