Mar. 3/22 - I ordered flowers online from Unique Floral Designs, 473 Bobcaygeon Rd., Minden, Ont., to be delivered Mar. 4/22 to the recipient The owner, **** ******** (*****), called to say that there would be an additional delivery charge to deliver them that day because it was out of the way and she didn't have any other deliveries going out that way. She said if I could wait until she did have other deliveries going that way I wouldn't have to pay the additional delivery fee $20 + tax because it would be more worth her while because of the price of gas, etc. so I told her she could wait until she had other deliveries to go that way. On Mar. 8/22 she went ahead and delivered the flowers even though she didn't have any deliveries going that way and then proceeded to add the additional charge of $22.59 onto the original amount of the flowers and billed my credit card on Mar. 11/22. On Mar. 12/22 - I noticed the higher amount on my credit card and called **** about it. She reluctantly agreed to give me a refund for the $22.59 but said she didn't know how to do a credit card refund and would have to wait for her daughter to come in and do it. On Mar. 18/22 I left a message asking what was going on with the refund and **** said she'd send me a money order in the amount of $22.59. I received the money order in the mail the following week but it was made out to the Unique Floral Designs instead of me. On Mar. 31/22 - I returned the incorrect money order to Unique Floral Designs and **** said she would have it corrected and sent back to me. On Apr. 19/22 - I left a message for **** asking what is the status of my refund and haven't heard back from her or received my refund.
