I had a 6 month car insurance policy with echelon. May- October.
I paid first and last month's in May.
Made all my payments
October was paid with the first and last
On October 18th ******* *** ***** *********** they tried to charge me for the new policy starting in November(it bounced).
By that time I had my cancellation forms on their way i told them this.on October 26th they changed me again for a policy that hasn't even started yet. i just want this money back$358.32.
I called them Monday Tuesday and today at 8:30am they are not returning my calls.mind you have to pay my rent today.
This is poor customer service.Business response
