I am dealing with ******* ** an adjuster from Echelon. He is very helpful and accommodating to my needs after filing a claim for the loss of my motorcyle in an accident. I really appreciate the very timely manner of his replies to my emails. I really appreciate all his help while I am dealing with the loss of my motorcycle. ***** ********* **** i bought a car 30 000$ four months ago got total in a accident not at fault here the option losing money or losing money where is the gap insurance ?? Ill be loosing 10k with them time to shop for new insurance Option #1: If you wanted to keep the vehicle AS IS, you would receive the following settlement: $16,805.43 minus the salvage value (the amount we would receive for the vehicle) $3700.00 = $13,105.43 You would have to make sure that it is repaired according to the estimate, and you will have to contact Service New Brunswick to make sure that it can be put back on the road. The insurance company does not get involved in this part. You will have to contact your broker to make sure that you can still insure the vehicle as well. Unfortunately, we will not pay to repair the vehicle. Option #2: We will keep the vehicle, and you would get the following settlement: Actual Cash Value based on the evaluation of your vehicle: $16,805.43 Federal or HST Tax: $2,520.81 Applicable deductible removed from the settlement: Waived Owner Receives: $19,326.24 Please advise how you want to proceed. It is March 28th of 2024, I canceled my insurance policy with Echelon and was informed I would receive my refund on March 19th of 2024. There was no refund deposited on the 19th so I waited till the 21st for the deposit. Spoke with a customer service representative and they said if the money wasn't there by the 25th to call back. No surprise it wasn't there when I called again they discovered it was the wrong bank account number. So I gave them the proper banking information and was told I would see the monet by the next afternoon on the 26th. Unfortunately my Motorcycle was stolen from me this summer. ******* * * from Echelon helped me with my claim. He was very professional and worked with me to settle the claim. I highly recommend him and Echelon insurance for any future Policies.Echelon Insurance Response

Negative review….we have been loyal customers for other ********* for many years. We paid our yearly premium in February and cancelled our policy because we sold the unit. We had over 6 mts left on the policy…..absolutely no monies return. Echelon claims that they DO NOT refund monies after 45 days after we paid the premium. We have never had a claim….* ***** ****** **** ********* **** ** ******** And a word to the wise…. They make up pricing. They took money from my account when my policy was cancelled then take weeks to refund the money and reply to questions. Then they sent the cheque to the wrong address. This company is beyond frustrating to deal with. And I'm ultimately with out a phone for the next month as I wait for my money to be returned by mail. **** * **** ** ** ********* ******** I have been with them for two years due to being a new immigrant in Canada. For any change on my policy, it would take 3 to 4 months to complete. That means overpaying for 3 months for a car I sold and no longer need insurancence on. On Feb 23 I submitted a request to Cancel. I had an accident on jan 2nd 2023 and now it's feb 16 2023 and UP to this day the dealership i leased from nor myself have gotten a response for the final payout agreement and rental benefits package and what I'm eligible for My adjuster is ******* ***** for collisions she never answers the phone even when I request a call back policy no# X********now im getting a letter from the police twice stating if the car is not claimed from the towing they will sell the car stated by the provincials which means now the dealership won't get back their car ever nor their money which means no car in the future for me I towing no#****** i have work and bills to pay like everybody else and taking transit is not fun and all I need is clarification from the insurance on what the next steps are I honestly do not appreciate paying for a policy that im not benefiting from considering my policy is full coverage at fault or not I need an answer and if not I will take this up with a lawyer and take legal action if the issue is not addressed nor resolved because at this point im finding a different insurance i rather pay the extra money for a rental because this is ridiculous now I AND when you call ECHELON they keep passing the line to irrelevant personnels who don't even spare the time to get you speaking with someone instead of a pointless answering machine like find out if the employee is working first and stop transferring customers to dead phone lines ** ****** * *** **** ******* *** ******* ** ***** no excuses if you can email us about payments you can definitely respond to insurance claims stop playing games I emailed i called and requested I even got my own broker to contact ECHELON and still nothing why am I paying for a service and suffering not getting the results nor help I need ALSO im hearing ECHELON has this third party called *** ********* like whos handling my claim ECHELON needs to do better and stop wasting peoples time! what a way to start off the new year right?!Echelon Insurance Response
