      This company has a phone number labelled as likely spam when calling. In addition, they sent an email to me about an outstanding balance on my ****** account that I must pay. On that email is a website. That website has nothing to do with the agency and nothing to do with debt collection. They don’t help you out on the phone, they are ****.

      Called us in the West Coast @ 7AM our time! Wanted to speak to my husband.       I received a first notice today in the mail. ** National Credit Recovery Inc **** ** ****** ***** *** ******** ** *** *** I called *** ********* and spoke with D first, he explained the bill is for a 8 ( 9 year old debt after 1 year of in house via the client ) and settlement offer for to only pay 28257.88 by March 29 2024 is valid. He also said this would hang around on my credit so I asked for his license number and he hung up on me at 10:50am, I called back and spoke to J ext **** who transferred the call back to D and refused to provide his extention. She transferred the call in which someone at D station answered and did speak for I disconnected the call at 1min. I called back and spoke to a K who refused provide any proof of debt purchased and proceeded to hung up on me as well. Thank them all for their wonderful customer service and reminder of HRH RCMP process of 9 years ago, today! First mailed noticed I got in 6 years. Just so you know. This was today n I also recorded the conversations n advised them. ***** *** *****

      They keep calling my work and also my cell phone, which I let them know their calling a cell phone and they still wont stop, is that not against the law?. Their looking for my son who has the same name who I have no contact with. This needs to stop. they need to change their records, I already asked them but I guess they need to be publicly ****** and forced to if I'm to get results.

      March '24 I receive a collection letter from NCRI for $145 on a ****** account that was closed, in good standing, 3 years ago! ** has confirmed that the last item ordered on that account was atomically paid/transferred the funds from my Bank. NCRI is claiming 'No Fault' as they are taking their directions/accounts from the USA and are acting here in Canada as a ********** business, ********* ** *** ********** ** ****** *** *** l**** NCRI is ... ********* ***** ... acting/originating from the USA and protected by a border. *** * ******* ****** ******** *** **** *** **** *** ** ***** *** **** **** ***** ** **** *** ***** ******* I'm on my way to headquarters in my area to speak to the Commander and make a report/start and investigation. After that its to my MP to bring this up in Parliament *** **** ***** ******** ******* ******* *** ****** ******* **** **** ***** ** *****

      ********** ** ********* Today, I received a letter from NCRI claiming that I owe ****** $600. However, I am certain that I don't owe any money to ******. One of the payment methods listed in the letter seemed suspicious to me, as it asked for payment by cheque but failed to provide any mailing address. This led me to suspect that they wanted the funds via e-transfer. Therefore, I advise any recipient to be careful when dealing with this company.

      Agents are absolutely ******* at customer service. Disrespectful, loud and obnoxious. The agent I had cut me off, yelled at me and basically called me stupid. ********** **** ***** ******. I am paying the account, there is no need for them to be see you next tuesdays.

      **** ******* ** ********** *********** I have gotten calls 7 days a week and have had seven voicemails left as well. They have done this for multiple weeks in a row. I will get a call from one number for about a week or so and then another number will call. I have traced them all back to this company. Today I decided to call and let them know that I'm getting calls 7 days a week as well as getting voicemails left. I'm not sure of the woman I spoke to but she advised me they are a national company. When I told her the situation she asked me, are you calling to resolve this or two complain. When I told her I'm calling to complain, she hung up the phone. I don't understand why, *** *** **** ****** ** * **** ***** *********l. It doesn't matter if you are a national company. *** **** ******* ** ***** *** ***** ****** I then call back and spoke to another individual who was much calmer and nicer. She advised me she was going to update the dialer *** * **** **** * ********** ***** ** ** ****** **** ** **** * **** ** **** *********** ** * ********** **** ** ** * ********* **** *** * **** ***** ****** ** * ******** **** *** *** ** * *** * ***** **** **** ***** ************ I did request to speak to a supervisor the second time I called, not sure if that is going to happen but I do believe people need to know about their awful customer service. People get into these situations for a variety of reasons and for you to act so ********** towards individuals. Let us know more about your character than ours

      This company uses *********** literally, they will knock on your door, even after the debt has been closed. This company uses the "Sr. We don't knock on doors speech" to hang up on clients calling to clarify. We called the law enforcement to advise about the situation and will need to call them again if they attempt to come by again. I will encourage you to know your rights before let this sort of business practices to run you over. We are preparing legal action against this company and against the bank that hired them **** ** *** *** ** for this matter.
