Mike and his team just finished our kitchen and powder room. Both look amazing, really happy with final result. This is a fourth project we had Mike and M&D Buildings do for us over the past few years in addition to two full bathrooms and a basement. Work quality is very good, on time and on budget. Thank you, Mike, as always.

We’ve just had another awesome renovation done by M&D Builders and couldn’t be more impressed with their continued expertise and professionalism. We had them renovate our basement two years ago and contacted them again this year to reno the upstairs bathroom and main floor kitchen/living area. Unsure as to what we really wanted, Mike & his teams helped us to to achieve a result that far surpasses our expectations! Mike was always available if we had any questions or concerns & his teams were punctual, hard working, very respectful & friendly professionals. They kept any disruption to a minimum and left everything in an orderly fashion at the end of the day. We are proudly inviting neighbours and friends in to see the fantastic change & are highly recommending their services to anyone who has a reno project in mind. I engaged Mike to renovate my kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, powder room, mudroom and install a new laundry area in the basement over a period of about 5 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results! The design process was very collaborative and we worked with his associates to have custom cabinets built to my specifications. I free issued the materials even when there were a couple of hiccups along the way Mike was able to help me out in a pinch. Communication was excellent and what I liked most was that Mike's team is a one stop shop for all rennovation disciplines including plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical and hardwood flooring installation. Living with renovations can be taxing but Mike'steam were very thoughtful and housekeeping at the end each day kept the dust down to the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor, for your next renno, give Mike a call.Review from May Z

This is the second time that we had Mike and his team to do the renovation, we renovated the kitchen three years ago, now it’s the washroom. Mike did a great job in both projects, we discussed a lot before started, Mike gave many suggestions. I am very pleased by the renovations that were done in my condo. Mike M. (M&D Builders) as well as their staff provided an exceptional experience from design to completion of work. Mike responded almost instantly to my messages. He is always professional, courteous, and pay particular attention to detail. The quality of work was excellent. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall, an excellent experience, I will definitely contact him for my next projects.
