      I'm writing to share my recent experience at your store #**** Cooksville, which locates in **** ****** ** ** ************ ** *** ***. Arriving at the store around 1:30 pm, I encountered difficulty using my credit card for a $120 gift card purchase due to a recent card opening. Despite being advised by my credit card company to use ***** ***, the cashier insisted on inserting the card for transactions over $100. I mentioned that I just bought $75 gift card using ***** *** in the same store. She said they didn't train well on the previous cashier. I said I was okay to buy $50 then, but the cashier remained firm, stating it was mandatory to insert credit card regardless of the amount. She also claimed to be the owner when I asked to speak with management. Then I found another employee to call the real store manager and reflected on this. The cashier is a supervisor instead of manager. The manager said I could buy the $50 gift card via ***** ***, but after she talked with the cashier she returned and said I must insert credit card. I displayed my government ID but they said no need to do that. This inconsistency left me deeply dissatisfied with my shopping experience. As a loyal customer, I highly value transparency, flexibility, and clarity in policies and procedures. I believe there are two key areas for improvement: 1. Consistency in employee training: I find it perplexing that a similar purchase was permissible last week but not this week.       ***************. I had a very bad experience. I was looking for some grocery items, couldn't find them. I asked one of the staff member, she replied ****** go to aisle 9 instead of walking with me to the aisle and help locate the item. Cashier was **** too. Didn't greet me but greeted other customers. When I informed the owner who was standing outside the store, he didn't listen to me and supported his staff. **********************. I will never visit this store again. I can't believe this is happening in Nation's Capital.
