Bought a z1000 electric from Keigan ***********@*****.com He paid Richard N. **********@******.com The unit was paid for in full in december 2021 was not here untill March 31 2022. I had to pick up the unit my self paid outta pocket after paying them for delivery. The unit was in a heavily damaged crate. The forklift driver hadvised us to move our truck closer to prevent further damages. I called nolan as soon as i saw this n with him on the phone i told him the unit will not start up. It was on the side and heavily damaged. Broken clips and fairing. Missing parts The alarm system is missing too. Ive asked they to take care of the issue and they act as if i did something to the unit after spending $8000plus Zalena D. *******@********.ca from the shipping company is the only 1 who has tried to have this matter resolved in crate on site The other two is constantly ducking. I was recently told by zalena that nolan said he gave me stuff for the bike and this is *****. Its also been brought to my attention that keigan used my money to cover his bike and thats why there was so many delays The whole process was over priced **********. Please help It took weeks for him to send 4 pictures and now he been hiding since i asked for a complete bill of sales from **** the bike manufacturers in chinaBusiness response
