I ordered a product online and I had made payment on 1 March 2022 with expected delivery stated for 13 March however as of today (19 April), i still have not received the product and have tried to contact to cancel the product multiple times via phone, email and the contact form, all of which i have received no response.Initial Complaint

Dear Officer, Myself ************** living in Surrey, BC since Jan 2020. I have made my FIRST purchase (Kitchen Island Trolley Cart, Order#*****) from "shopastore.ca" online shopping portal dated 10th Dec, 2021 and after waiting for almost a month, on 10th Jan'22 I saw online portal has changed the status of my purchased product to "refunded" for which when I contacted customer support team they said it was a system glitch and Shopastore has refunded the amount in full which I should be able to see in 1-2 billing cycle. My credit card 2 billing cycle has already been passed and NO MONEY yet. In the meantime and In order to compensate Shopastore had sent me another email with an apology and a 20% discount coupon to make another purchase on which I foolishly placed SECOND order (Kitchen Island Trolley Cart, Order#*****) for the same product on 13th January'2022 and since then I'm awaiting for the delivery. In nutshell, neither I have received refunded amount NOR the product. I have sent hundreds of emails to them and they are now not responding any of the email. I send a note on ******* but no response. In total, I'm down with $1039 CAD. ******************** Pls help me get my hard earning money.Initial Complaint

Ordered a desk from this online store on March 3, 2022, paid by e-transfer (there was no option to pay with a CC) never received neither the order nor thr refund, despite writing to them many times and asking for one. They won't respond to emails or phone calls, blocked me on their ** page, changed my order status to refunded, yet never paid the refund.Initial Complaint

An order was placed January 20th for a buffet and hutch storage cabinet by my 80 yr old mother. Order #*****. The order was paid by e-transfer in full (there is no other option). Ship date was 5 - 21 business days. We have left several e-mails and telephone messages with no response. E-mails have generated case numbers with no reply. My mother is moving and will no longer live at the order address after March 15, 2022.Initial Complaint

On January 10th 2022 I ordered a ******** 360° Swivel Office Chair. I paid for premium shipping 5-10 business days. When the product didn't show up in that time frame I contacted the company and it was the only time they responded. They refunded my premium shipping fee of 9.98 to ******** which was the payment choice I used. All my installments with ******** have been fulfilled. The chair is paid in full and yet I have no item to show for it. I have tried numerous routes of communication. Email. Phone which always leads to voice-mail, I left a message. Social media, ******* and *********. No responses Other than the automated "we strive to get back to you...." My order # is ***** At this point I just want my 146.99 back to purchase a new chair for my daughter. It was a birthday gift. ****************************************************Initial Complaint

I placed an order January 4th, the item said it was in stock and gave me the option to pay extra for faster shipping. So I did, for 3-5 day shipping. The order was not being processed or shipped so after several days and no response to my messages I requested to cancel the order and get a full refund. After more time they finally responded and said they would cancel and refund in full because it wasn't actually available until the end of January. They said I would be refunded in a few hours after the email. It's been a month and they don't respond to the messaging system, they're phone line sends you to voicemail and they don't return the call, the emails bounce back half the time. I reached out on ********* after they refunded $15.00 of my $460 order, they said it was an error and they would process my full refund and email me within 24 hours. It's been over a week since then, no email and no refund. I have reached out countless times and receive no response on any platform. Half of their contact information is no longer in service. I would like my refund, it's been a month and a half and as I have no product**************************Initial Complaint

Last July I purchase a coffee table from this website and since then I am trying to get some answers. My order # is XXXXX on July 15,2021 paid by my **********. At first I tried to get hold of my order and they keep saying it's on its way ( via ******** chat history and emails) after few months on November I request a refund ***************************************. First they said the will issue the refund and then they said they did issue and it's completed. I didn't receive any money in my card so I asked for email or info regarding the refund. They did not answer my DMs for a while and after couple month they just get back to me and told me again the refund is made and I should talk to my bank. I asked them to give me some basic info that I can call my bank for it. So far no result and I am tired of this game I need my money back. This business does not have a phone that someone answers. I called them few times always on VM and even I left a message no one returned a call. When I am complaining they told me you have talk to us and always chat with us. I agree that I chat but I never spoke to anyone to get some clear answers. Not sure why they don't give me refund details and receipt like other businesses when they issue a refund you get a confirmation or email with details. **************************** I just need my money back and make sure this never happens to anyone else. *************************************************** I tried to get the info and refund and nothing happened since July 2021.Initial Complaint

The companies policy states any order placed will be processed within 1-3 business days. Then it will take 5-21 business days to ship. I placed an order on Nov 26, 2021 and the company started processing it on Nov 29, 2021. It is now Dec 30th 2021, and I have not received anything. I've been calling the company and leaving voice mail messages and I get no call backs. I've been sending them emails and I get no response back. I've been sending them messages on their website on their chat feature and again I get no reply back. They have already taken the money out of my account. Ive stated in my emails and messages that I want a refund and I get nothing in return. Please help
