I ordered a griddle and a griddle manifold for my Masterbuilt gravity series 800 on April 25. Both products were advertised as shipped within 2-5 business days. However, after making the purchase, they told me they don’t have in stock and that they would be placing an order with the supplier with ETA of mid May. ETA has passed and they still don’t have the products available. They are still falsely advertising on their website that they ship within 2-5 business days even though they don’t have the product in stock.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is not resolved. I would like to receive the parts I ordered as I was already charged for both of them more than a month ago.
