I had a quote on June 23, 2022. They took out the asphalt in mater of days. I waited till mid October for them to finish the job. I had to pay right away. I phone back and ask for service a week after, never got it. When the spring came the asphalt was full of holds the size of dollar. ***y came and burnt it and wanted to path it and apply a sealer on a asphalt of 6 months. Not acceptable. The asphalt is of poor quality and falling a part. It would also cost me 200$ every 2 or 3 years. His logo says Do it right the first time. Not true! I have ask him to redo completely or a refund of 4000$ Plus tax. However, I is not responding to me calls or emails. The new price is now 4500$ Plus taxBusiness response

***, the owner, did go back to site to assess and remediate. The driveway does not require replacement. It requires warming the asphalt to repair and sealer applied. We got stopped and thrown off the property.
We did not do the base of this driveway, we removed the old asphalt, fine graded and paved. The existing base was done by others and we cannot speak to its condition.
We have tried to remediate but got stopped.

***y is not an honest person. His first bill was fraudulent and his late invoice is also fraudulent. He is lying. How can you mark PAID on an invoice when you did not receive the money. I did not receive quality asphalt. It is not installed properly. Why put a sealer on new asphalt. And I have to pay 200$ every 2 years. I have received poor service and I will sue him unless he refunds me 5000$ + HST. Also he was really aggressive the last time we met. Trying to scare me...

Invoice/Receipt #*******, dated September 28, 2021 was paid by the client's cheque #*** and was mailed out at the time to the address we have on file. We did not have an email address to send to.
There is absolutely nothing fraudulent about it nor is there anything fraudulent about the estimate the client was given.
We have done our due diligence and attempted to rectify but were told to leave the property. Cracks can appear in particular when the original base remains untouched. It is recommended that a driveway get sealed every year to prolong its life span. In this case we would have absorbed the cost of the first seal but were not given the opportunity.
At this time, we are not prepared to refund the client.

I have only receive his Bill yesterday. I am not satisfied with his service and will let the judge decide. I feel abuse by this supplier and will I file this Monday, July 25 2022.
