Hello BBB & Woosh Rep, Thank you for facilitating this interaction. I first wanted to say Whoosh Screen Care product and Microfiber cloth are amazing. I have been using them for years. Recent times, Whoosh came out with a product called ********. I had purchased this to clean the exterior of my laptop which is a 2021 ******* *** **** ** ***. Woosh's product has been used by ***** and Whoosh also claims such statements on their site. This provided me more re-assurance that I should use Whoosh for my ***** Products. After I had purchased ********, I have used it to clean my laptop using the provided Microfiber cloth. ******** has permanently discolored my ******* with water stains and orange color (which transferred from their micro fiber cloth). I contacted Woosh Support and was told by an agent that she would get back to me, this was in October 7 and got in touch with ****** ****** on October 15, 2022. She has not followed back up with me even though I sent her 5 follow-ups after all the way till December 20, 2022. I **** ******** *** ***** *** ******** ** *** ******. The ******** product is damaging the ***** ******** **** and Whoosh needs to address this. I have visited the ***** ***** and they tried cleaning it off, but they cannot and stated we should not use product like ******** or Woosh. Currently on their listing, they have stated that ******** is the only "Electronic Device Disinfectant" and it is safe to use on electronics. * **** ******** ******** *** ***** ** ***. I would like a resolution in terms of finding out what the issue as well as removing the damaged/discoloration caused by it on my ******* ***.Initial Complaint

I ordered two products on December 27th, 2022, and only one of the two products was delivered. I contacted the company by e-mail explaining the situation and my order number. I waited several days and didn't receive a response. I sent a second e-mail and still didn't receive a response. I then attempted to call the customer service line. The phone would ring for several seconds and then go to a standard voicemail. I left a voicemail, explained the situation and then waited for some time. I called over and over and tried other lines. I found that every line in the directory would go to this voicemail, and nobody ever answered. This leaves me with half my order fulfilled and no way of getting my issue resolved. * *** ** ****** *** *** *** **** ****** ****** **** *******. Order received and fulfilled. Complaint has been resolved. Unfortunately, recent staffing shortages in the customer service department do not allow us to respond to all customers individually especially if the issue has been resolved. I am rejecting this response because:Clearly they did not resolve my issue as only one product was sent when I purchased two. How can they verify when shipping confirmation photo clearly shows one product, not two.
I was left with no resolution so I filed a complaint through ****** and got my money back.
I will never deal with Whoosh again!
