      Hello, I purchased the 6-Cabinet Steel Garage Storage System in Charcoal Gray on November 27, 2023, and received the set in late December. Upon unboxing and assembly, I encountered an issue with both lockers. They appear to be warped and misaligned, preventing the doors from closing properly. Following the instructions, I contacted NewAge directly on January 6, 2024. Despite multiple exchanges with customer service, the issue remains unresolved after three months. Consequently, I am unable to utilize the lockers as intended and they function solely as open shelves.       The original confirmation email from Newage assured delivery between November 24, 2023, and November 30, 2023, for which I was charged a substantial amount exceeding $3000. However, upon personal inquiry, I recently discovered that the revised shipping date is now postponed to February 29, 2024. This significant delay of over 14 weeks without any prior notification ** ****** ************ *** contradicts the promised delivery window.       We ordered a 9Pc Garage Organizational unit from New Age Products on July 31, 2023 with an estimated deliver date of Aug 5 - 11. Those dates came and went. On 8/22, we received notification our product would be shipped in 3-5 business days. We were contacted by the carrier 10 days later on 9/1 - confirming delivery between 10-3pm on 9/5.       I purchased a countertop from NewAge via ***** **** *********** on April 15th. The estimated delivery for the countertop was April 24th. I received an email from NewAge on April 26th informing that they delivered my countertop to the wrong address later to find out they delivered the countertop to *****. They informed me they would send me out a new countertop immediately but did not provide a timeframe. It's now May 2nd no updated status for the countertop. I already paid for the countertop yet both ***** or NewAge cannot provide a timeframe the replacement will arrive.

      I order a 10 piece garage cabinet set on 10/2/2022. Upon delayed delivery of 12/9/2022 only a counter top and small upper cabinet arrived. The carrier claimed that was all they received from the vender. I have not received useful information on my missing parts. I’m missing 90% of my very costly order and have only been able to get updates through email. I have asked to be contacted so I can speak to someone about it. My order is ********. I received an email stating they are shipping the missing parts but only three of them. I’m missing 9 cabinets in all.

      I originally ordered my product back in July and upon check out it told me I was receiving my product in August when the dates in August came and went I never so little got an email or a courtesy call regarding the delay. I had to ****** by emailing and calling endlessly while I was traveling internationally just to find out the status when I finally was able to communicate with someone. August became September September became October and when they delivered my product just three days ago the shipping company not only did not take the garbage with them that I paid for and requested they did not leave a bill of lading. They did not leave me a signed receipt and they did not let me inspect my product upon them leaving I discovered that one of my utility standing cabinets was broken and scratched so I called immediately to try and get this resolved, considering I had originally waited for months for this to arrive. They requested photos and videos which I supplied and have not yet heard from them. I don’t want to wait another four months I’d rather get reimbursed or replacement ASAP. I am calling my credit card company first thing Monday morning to get a credit if I don’t hear from them before then.

      I purchased approximately $8000 worth of garage cabinets, slat wall and other accessories to do a whole remodel to my garage. Once the equipment was delivered, it took some time to finally coordinate the installation which I paid for through the company. The installers were nice and overall seemed knowledgeable of the product and did a good job on everything but the slat wall. There is only one direction the slat wall can be installed to use it properly and unfortunately, they made the mistake of installing it upside down. I did not notice this until a few weeks later when I tried to use the included hooks from New Age on the wall. When they wouldn't go in, I checked closer and realized the slot for the hook accessory was on the bottom of the slat vice the top, so if you did install the hook, it would be upside down and would not serve its purpose of holding tools, bikes, etc...on the wall. Installation was completed on 29 June 2022. I first contacted New Age about the issue on July 23rd, 2022 and sent pictures showing the mistake on July 24th. Since then I have 13 emails and approximately 10 phone calls back and forth with New Age Customer service to correct this issue. It took me at least 3 different phone calls to convince them that the installation was done incorrectly--they argued that it shouldn't matter and sent me a picture diagram of a different slat wall product than what I received. I took more detailed pictures that showed I did not receive the product that they thought I had and then said yes, they understand it was installed incorrectly. On August 8th, 2022, they finally sent a replacement slat wall section to be used for the one they cut to get around an electrical outlet and I received the new section on August 11th. Since then, I've called and emailed the resolution team and get the same answer--the installation team will call me, but to date have not received that call.

      I ordered a dual side burner. The product has LED lights that arrived not functional. I informed NewAge and they sent a new transformer for me to replace. The lights are still not functional after the replacement. Since the product arrived defective, I requested a replacement. Since then, NewAge has avoided my phone calls and no response on resolving the issue. I contacted them multiple times over several months. This product cost $1,000.

      I ordered kitchen cabinets on October 14, 2021. Initial delivery window was October 28 - November 14, 2021. It is now February 17, 2022. I have still only received partial shipment. I need a kitchen. I have asked for a refund multiple times (**************************************** they have not met their delivery window and I have rejected their new delivery windows).
