      At first * ******* ** *** * **** asking for a picture of my social security card. It took ages to get!!! I had to call the international *** to get them to release it after sitting in a wearhouse for 5 days. But I do gotta say I got it 2 days and it works like a charm.

      I have nothing to say I paid for 48 hour shipping. It was sent on the fourth. It is now the ninth and I still haven’t received it.

      I set up the biweekly payments. It took 3 payments for them to finally ship my product. So roughly a month. They had to “verify my checking account”, I verified all the charges they came out of account and it wasn’t enough. I had to screen shot my statement that showed the payments come out, on that same screenshot It also had to show my account balance, and account number. * ******** ******* *** *** ******** ** ** I am a first time purchaser. I am trying to check the tracking but every time I do it shows nothing for what day I’m going to receive my shipment. Just says it shipped. It is stating that if I don’t recieve it by 10/26/24 then to get ahold of them. Let’s just say, order your goods somewhere else. **** ******* ** *** * **** ******* ** ***** *****

      I received 1 of my items. But the gazebo never made it to me yet. I'm going to Texas for 6 months and I'm leaving at end of September. Not happy!.

      Not happy this time was on back order and then when I got my purchase one was damaged and trying to get help to fix my problem is geting me know we're. And I buy alot with mdg. Not happy

      I don't received the item yet, very slow shipping , i have no idea where is my item, seems like the origin from Canada maybe USA, *** ** ****** *** ***** ****** **** ******. Im working i have no idea when is the delivery .. might not be I'm at work during the delivery. If you have an idea let me know where my item *** you don't have a good feed back . I wish you don't take money from.my accounts until the item **** received.. not good.. check my item what is the status..

From Start of the order to delivery was just about 3 weeks. They really need to improve the shipping,. Or at least give the consumer an option to choose *****. ***** **** ******
