      ***** *** **** **** ******** they won't warranty the hot tub. 2nd day of use and the leds stopped working and they won't fix.

      We purchased our hot tub in November 2020. Delivery took 5 months. They said it was due to the pandemic. It finally arrived in May 2021. It was broken from the start. Customer service was very slow to respond. We were told to do some troubleshooting. Try this try that, send us pictures etc. After going back and forth with this for a long time they finally sent a new pump and technician. Then the heater broke. Repeat troubleshooting again. They finally sent a new heater. Tub worked for approximately 5 months and now it is again not working at all. Keeps tripping the breaker. It took so long to communicate with them for these issues that now the warranty has run out . * ***** **** ***** * ** ****** ** *** ****** *** ****** ** *** *** * ******** *** ******* *** ****

      We bought the 5–7-person tub model called the ******. Delivered on a transport truck and packaging was damaged. The skirt was broken, and cover had a rip in it. Called company about cover and they did send another one to be in worst shape as the first one. Paid electrician to come and hook up and we filled it up and right away it started to leak. Several calls and emails later still no solution. A service guy comes to our house and starts removing the insulation from under our tub and finds a jet to be completely broken which caused the leak. This company states that all their tubs are ran before going out to the consumer so in this case they didn't test first, or the shipper dropped the tub in shipping so now I'm going to own a refurbished tub at full price.

      Excellent help at the Oakville office, had to pickup some pillows for my hot tub and they gave me lots of information on chemical use. Would recommend

      Lack of warranty service/support, insufficient quality control. 1-Received mine with 5 months delay 2- Aside from control panel malfunctions in filtering cycles, it started leaking gradually in Aug. I was told to do the diagnostics myself and troubleshoot to find the leak source. it was impossible because the pipes are all coated and the leak was from between the two shells (inner and outer) and not visible even if you open all the side panels. After 5 months of leaking very slowly they sent a contracting technician (not available for months) and he confirmed the residues on the coated pipes confirms the leaks but he couldnt see the source. In Jan 2022 while it was -20C, the leak was considerable to the point that I had to add over 150 liters of water over night just to avoid freezing. I called the company the next morning but they advised adding more water to aoid freezing of the spa until they could send a technician which was booked for two weeks later. Three days later I realized a huge mountain of ice under the 3 feet raised deck where the spa was. The pile of ice pushed the deck upwards. The leak found its way out from the hole where the 240 V high power cable was entering from the bottom of the deck to the spa and the ice was getting to the point touching the electrical connectors in the spa. It was a recipe for a fire and flooding. I called the Canadian Spa Company three times as well as their local sales rep in Ottawa ON but no one was willing to help me. So I decided to disconnect the power, found over 150 feet of hoze to connect to the spa and drained the spa in -25C. Vacummed all the water from the jets. The company did not even send some one to assess the damage to the deck and the concrete pad under the deck. They began with threatening strategy to scare me of the fine prints in the warranty conditions and the high cost of repair if left empty in the cold but I challenged them every step with documented Emails and pictures.
