I brought my vehicle in for a routine tire change. When I brought the car in I noted that my vehicle was making an unusual sound. They said they would look into it. Upon picking up my car, the person who checked me out didn't even know I had brought up an issue with my vehicle and said they would have told me if they found anything. Not even 2 hours after leaving the dealership, my tail pipe broke off my car while I was driving. I didn't even drive 20km off the dealerships lot when this happened. I had my car fixed at a different dealership because there was no way I was going back there. I flagged it to Surgenor and spoke to a manager so they are aware that this happened. No one ever phoned me back to follow up on this experience, no one apologized and no seemed to really care this happened. They are lucky that their negligent service department didn't cause an accident endangering people's lives. I would caution anyone from using this dealership as the service department is negligent and the management doesn't care about customers safety.Review from Mutaza H

*****************!Reluctantly sharing a disappointing dealership experience. Car issues were unresolved despite costly repairs. Noise, steering, and engine light problems persisted. Communication breakdown and unprofessional behavior from staff, including the service manager (*****************). Cautioning against this dealership due to poor service.

Surprised that a large brand name new car dealer behaved like a sleazy used car establishment. Purchased an "as is" vehicle where some cost of repair was expected. What was not expected is the dealer concealing expensive repairs (via resetting the engine warning light and erasing codes) to the tune of $4500 in repairs in addition to the $5000 cost of the car. In fairness to the dealer, they did compensate a token amount of $700 which we agreed to at the time not knowing yet at that point the extent of the problem. Buyers beware when buying used inventory from this dealership.
