On January 14th, 2022, I have purchased the following product: New *******, Model: ********* ***, VIN *****************, Color - Green, Type - ATV. Year: 2022. Price: $ 11,999.00+13 HST = 13,558.87 This was the amount I have agreed upon with Pat P****, from the Breeze Financial Solution. **** * ***** ******** * * **** ** ***** ********** *** * **** ** ****** ** ***** ***** ** ******* ** **** **** * **** ** *********** ***** *** ****** ***** ** ******* ******* ******* *** **** ********* ** ******* ** ** ************* ** **** **** **** *****. To the point, when I spoke to Pat P****, he did not tell me that the price of ********* *** will be ending up over $21,408.87 dollars When I asked my sister in law to send an email to Pat P**** to inquire about the price, he replied back by breaking down the which made no sense to me, as I have never agreed to any of those amounts. $21612.42 for you to make it simple. $11999 cost of the ATV + $1501.8 Freight + $799 PDI + $300 License fee + $999 Admin + $3059.76 Warranty + $68.25 PPSA + $499 Bank Fee + $2386.61 GST = $21612.42. I have never asked for Warranty or to any extra charges. The whole problem is, Pat spent only 5 minutes with me, rushing me into signing the contract when he already realized my English wa sbad and that I am unable to read in English. He said, by signing the papers, I am signing the following amount: 13,558.87 in total. No extra charges and that I would pay roughly 250 CAD dollars monthly. When I signed the contract, he gave m eno papers nor the copy of the contract. The only paper I got from him was the ownership of the ******* ***. When sister in law spoke to Pat today, explaining the situation about this weird charges. I have not agreed to any of teh additional charges, strange warranty, transportation, which I should not have paid as per the Dealership office. THey have *********** added charges, which I could not afford in the first place. I would never sign a contract if I was told about all this.Business response

Good day - Communication with the complainant began on January 11th and contracts were signed on January 21st with daily communication in between. Communication was done via text, email, and over the phone, and was clear and concise. I am rejecting this response because:******* ** ****** ** ***** *********** Pat P**** has never given me any information. I own the business, but a very small one. Because I am self employed but work for ***. Pat saw how bad I spoke in English and never gave me a contract to read or review. We had only 1 email chain with him, the one my sister in law wrote him about the weird charges. He said I will pay only 11.999 plus tax. No other charges were agreed. When my sister in law spoke to Pat, he said. Everybody in Canada speak English and I assume ***** too. He is a big boy and must take care of himself. But he rushed me into signing a contract with no details. I even don't have a contract itself. He gave me only ownership paper. I completely reject their response as inaccurate. They have took advantage of my lack of English and made me sign with the price I though we agreed upon but not with what I was provided later via mail. I want those charges to be gone or I am returning the item.

I would like to reiterate that we pride ourselves in what we do and how we go about it. Pat regularly communicated with me to help get ***** qualified for his financing, with regular, back and forth, clear and concise communication with ***** through the entire process. At no point was anyone take advantage of or rushed through the process. Once this entire process was completed a new person entered into the picture and that is when all problems began and somehow ***** lost his ability to communicate. Up until then ***** was happy customer with clear communication with Pat.

I am rejecting this response because **** ******** ******* ** ****** ** ***** *** ****** ***** ** ******* ******* *** **** ** ****** ********** ********** *** **** ** * ******** **** I am tired of back and forth thing they try to accuse me. They have never told me my payment is going to be a 500 dollars monthly. All what Pat said is 11.999 dollars and plus tax. He saw how bad I speak English. He never gave a single contact to take home. ********** * **** ************ **** ** * **** ********** *** *********** No one in a right mind would sign a contract knowing it would cost 8000 dollars extra. Pat never said that to me. I need this to He solved. :
