This company signed a contact with us to dig out our basement. After a $42000 deposit was made and promised a deadline of 6-8 weeks, we were left in the cold for months on end. They would not answer 90% of call/texts/messages. They would sporadically answer telling us they were on the way within the hour, or well be there by 8am then nothing. We finally got a hold of the owner, had 2 separate sit downs several weeks apart, where he agreed to tally up our bill (3 bins of garbage, **** ***** hours of labour), the refund the rest of our deposit, and wed go our separate ways. We also have this messaged through text.3-4 more weeks go by, and after repeated attempts to contact, he finally called us back to tell us that he was keeping our $42000 and we could speak to him through his lawyer. He would not explain the rationale for this change, nor give us his lawyers contact info. Instead he repeated over and over his lawyer would call us that day. Obviously his imaginary lawyer did not call us. We sit in limbo now, with demo damage off the back side of our house and our connected rental property, now not winterized or weather proofed. He also completed trashed our neighbours driveway, with huge 10x10 foot pads deeply indented all the way down its length that we will have to carry the cost of repairing (even though it was in our contract)There is no way that his pricing could ever justify the damage, distrust and stress this man and his company have caused. He is a *****, plain and simple. Please dont fall for his hook and bait as I did.

Aqua Armour were working on a neighbour's pool foundation when the owner & the neighbour approached me if I wanted the gravel and patio stones all sitting on my driveway moved to the backyard. He gave me an excellent price I could not refuse. They completed the work efficiently and helped move my own project forward so much faster than I planned. They had the tools to move all the materials to the backyard. As long as you have 42" of clearence, he is able to get his machines through to the backyard. Thanks very much Aqua Armour.

Hiring Aqua Armour Contracting was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. Ive had my house foundation worked on and had the basement floor leveled and finished to put in a basement apartment. The owner, ********************* walked me through the entire process and he offered me a very reasonable quote. The end result, exceeded my expectations. Buyer Beware! We hired Aqua Armour to repair foundations issues for a rental property we purchased in October 2021. The owner was very knowledgeable and did great work when workers showed up. An original two-week job, turned into a 10-month job. Due to some issues that they uncovered as they were performing work, the timeframe was longer than expected, which we were ready to accept but not an additional 9 months. They would often indicate that they be present in the following days and then did not show up for weeks. They left the outside of the house a mess for months, discarded material (plywood), piles of old concrete, tools, equipment was parked on the road and on the front lawn for weeks. We received complaints from neighbors and were left to clean up some of the old concrete and dispose of discarded material at our own cost, which was originally in the cost of the work. His estimates and invoices were never consistent and with the added work, the owner was unable to provide proper accurate final estimates and final invoices. It appeared that he did not understand his accounting system.
