      I ordered two sets of ear buds on Nov 4th 2023 for our up coming trip, shipping was to be three to five days, after seven days still haven't arrived so I bought two sets locally as we were leaving on our trip the next day, I finally did receive them twelve days after they were ordered. I contacted customer support by email many times asking for a return authorization number so I could return them for a refund and they are simply ignoring my request, there is no contact phone number available. $250.00, worst customer service I have ever experienced !!

      ** * ***** **** **** ******* **** ***** * ****** I have been trying for days now to contact them via email and chat to find out where my order is. You cannot even find a phone number to reach them or I would be on the phone as well. The tracking number they gave me does not work. It’s for a shipping company in Portugal. I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company as they said it would be dispatched from their Toronto warehouse within 3 to 5 days* * **** * *** **** ***** ******** ******* ****** * ********* ********* **** ****. ********* terrible customer service!

      Worst customer service ever. No phone number, just a chat bot and sporadic but disconnected email responses. Product was good, I really liked the sporty earbuds and their sound, and I've tried many. But they died after 3 months. Sent them back for an exchange as instructed with tracking information. Nothing since. No resolution, dozens of attempts on my part to get status, no phone number, no business contact info. I'm now out almost $200 ***** * ***** **** **** ****** **** *** as I see no attempts to help me. ***** *** **** ***** **** *** ***********

      Ordered earbuds and charger on 11 Apr 2022. Delivered 20 Apr 2022. Charger not working emailed customer service for return instructions several times and they do not reply. Sent order back for refund on 27 Apr 2022. Sent email requesting status of refund and as of this date 01 Jun 2022 they still not replied. They do not provide a phone number and do not respond to emails. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *****

      ************************** This company has no customer service...i cannot find a phone number for them nor could my credit card company. This company DOES NOT respond to correspondence. Purchase from them knowing no support if product faulty. I am out $'s!

      I purchased a set of Mifo O5 PLUS Gen 2 Rose Gold earbuds from Mifo Canada. Upon receiving them I tested them out and found they hurt my ears when pressing the buttons to control the volume, etc. It took additional pressure to control the device such that the pressure was hurting my ears. I asked for a full refund and Mifo said they will only give a 80% refund for a non-defective product. We had emails go back and forth of me saying they hurt my ears so they must be defective and they continuing to refuse a full refund.

      Second complaint is that I was told I would get 80% return. I received only $95.99 of the $135.59 that I spent. That is only 70% of the refund. 80% of $135.59 is 108.47.
      When I pointed this out they told me that tax is non-refundable. So I have to wonder where does my tax money I spent go.**************************************************
