******** ** *** *** ******** **** ***** **** ***** ** ** ********** I opened the gazebo I bought from them a few months after delivery, and it was missing all the hardware (nuts and bolts, etc.) required to put it together. They refuse to send it to me (I didn't request a refund, just the bolts needed to assemble the item). They say they cannot send the missing pieces because I did not attempt to assemble my back yard gazebo in the middle of a snowy Ontario winter!Review from Michelle R

1. Received defective item/ ** *** * ****** ** ***** ************ Unable to return. 2. NO CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW PAST 30 days. I’m not sure how ANY of the reviews on quality of product exist with this timeframe in effect. Bought a “outdoor” folding picnic table. After having Dew accumulate of the surface the materials bubbled. Contacted the company who said they would take a return. It was on me to find an appropriate sized box for an awkward and heavy item. After finding the box they said I was no longer within the 30 day window to return the item. I was never told I had 30 days and was under the impression my return process was already started ( well within the timeframe ) I was also told I could not leave a review past 30 days.Review from Taylor I

If there was minus I would certainly use it. I found Aosom Catalogue shop online and took a chance with a very attractive office chair. We usually would do this purchase at Staples where there is some customer service. I hummed and hawed but eventually bought the chair. I will say we didn't put it together right away. When we did, I am usually the one who sits in the chair I always found the pneumatic post had gone down to the ground. As other people were sitting in the chair I kept adjusting it. Eventually I figured it out, no matter how many times I adjusted it the chair was too low for me. The pneumatic post was defective. I contacted customer service and what do you know they have a 90 day manufacturer's warranty and I sent the email after 92 days. Honestly, for a $20 part, I wouldn't think they would risk their reputation. As we are in a small town and pretty much buy everything online, we could have been repeat customers. This is such a disappointment - 2 days.Review from Sarah C

I ordered a greenhouse tent from Aosom. I set up the tent, added extra supports, and I came home to the tent destroyed. We did not have any strong winds that day, just a slight breeze. I emailed the customer service team videos and pictures providing proof. They said they could send me $15 and have someone "fix it". I paid over $140+ for the tent! Or, I could request new parts. I sent them a list of all the parts I would need for them to say that they did not have all the parts in the warehouse. To get a refund, I would need to take down the greenhouse by myself and repack it and then wait to see if I would be issued a refund. When I told them that was not an option, they offered to send me $20. Keep in mind I paid $140+ for the tent. I asked if they would at least send a few of the parts I needed to hold it together, they agreed. I emailed them for weeks asking if my parts were shipped and for a tracking # and was told that it was still in the warehouse. I had to keep emailing/calling to finally get a tracking #. I have been trying to write a review on the Aosom website and there is no option. I have tried calling them and sending them videos showing that there is no option to review it. I should have been issued a full refund. It was well within their return policy. I have proof of the destroyed tent and all my correspondence with this company. "Hassle-free returns & exchanges" is their motto, and it is a lie. I would just love to be able to review the item, so people are made aware of this product and company. If I paid for a product, I should have the option to review it. The customer service is so poor, they have not been helpful or nice throughout this process. Not to mention I lost all my vegetables which are expensive and take a lot of time to grow, to the deer due to the destroyed tent that was meant to protect them. I also wasted so much of my time already setting up the tent and trying to repair it. I am so disappointed.Review from Mavy M

Terrible customer service!!! I have bought iin October lounge chairs for l aeasonal use at our seasonal cottage which just opened this month. Besides why would I assemble a furniture in winter when I’m not using it til spring/summer. I just unboxed and assembled it now but an important part is incorrect, not as described in the manual/online instruction guide, thus deemed the item unfit and unsafe for use. Customer service is not willing to help stating it’s past the 90day refund policy. I am not asking for a refund, I just need the correct part, as described in the insttruction guide, so I can continue to assemble and eventually use chair, I have proof that I just opened the box (my review mentioned it in October and have photos that product is unused) but customer service refused to acknowledged my concern.I understand policy but there are extenuating circumstances as well. I spen $600 for a product that is unfit and unsafe to use because of nonexistent quality check/conrol and customer service. .Review from Julie S

Terrible customer service. I ordered a two recliner chair set. One came WITHOUT arms. I bought it on ****** as used-like new. How is an armless chair usable??? More importantly, who consciously sells an armless chair? Days I have spent trying to get them to replace the item. I was offered $25 to fix the chair...but I had no arms to fix it with. They said they had no stock to replace the chair. ****** and their own site have the stock available. They won't offer me one of these as they are $50 more than what I paid. Basically, I am forced to return for a refund. ****** **** * **** ** **** ******** ****** ******* ******* **** ***** You should have given me a replacement and avoided yet another bad review.Review from Timur M

*** ******* ***** ***** ***** ******* **** **** **** ********** I bought 2 chairs: "****** Modern Accent Chairs with Cushioned Seat, Upholstered Linen-Feel Armchair for Bedroom, Living Room Multicolored". Both broke in less than 3 months. I am just looking for a way to get rid of this trash. The problem with this company is that they have a policy that prevents customers from leaving comments about products they purchased, unless a warranty still in place. Shipped very quickly Box arrived in good condition Unfortunately ordered a folding pen for our puppy. It is too flimsy. We went out and came home and she had pushed it so she made enough of a gap in the base that she got out and was free while we were gone. Too flimsy.Review from Carolyn R
