I recently purchased a vehicle through need a car on the 11th of January 2023. In which i had bought this car. Need a car safetied this 2017 Subaru wrx on the 24th day of January 2023 at ******* ********** ******. I was told the exhaust was loud so I didn’t notice until about seven days after I had bought the car but I was getting headaches and drowsy behind the wheel as soon as I noticed this exhaust leak I called the mto they advised me to have another shop safety it and for me to book an appointment at an mto garage after. I saved up and booked time off work to take this car to be safetied once again by **** ***** ********** * *** ***** **** *** ******* ******* on February 9th, the manager at the shop explained to me that there was no catalytic converter or mufflers on this vehicle and due to the taillight being tinted it should not of been safetied. He also explained that if I was wise to take this car back to the dealership where I had bought it due to the fact there was no exhaust system on this car. So now not only a health issue due to carbon monoxide poisoning as well as a safety issue, but also an environmental issue as well. The manager ***** ****** told me personally over the phone he had paid to have this done to the car after having the car safetied. This exhaust is entirely illegal. Now I have to continuously miss work and fall behind financially while I go to many lengths to have this corrected since I have been dealt with very poorly by need a card manager and salesman. I have been scammed and frauded in this ordeal and now it hinders my health as well as my financials from taking time off of work. I paid for a safetied car and this car is no where close to safe.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle July 2022 and was told if I refer someone who purchased a vehicle that I'd be entitled to 250$. I referred someone who bought a vehicle July 29th and have been given the run around about my referral cheque. I've contacted head office and was told a cheque was issued on multiple occasions. It has been 2 months, still haven't received it after promises from salesman and manager from head office.
