      I came to the store for the Black Friday sale on Saturday night, Nov 25th. Before I pay for a pair of binding and a pair of boots, I double checked with the cashier to make sure I could return my purchase properly and they were being exceptionally nice about it saying as long as it was within 14 days it was totally fine. On Monday, Nov 27th, I felt the shoes I bought wasn’t a fit and I find a better deal online for the binding, so I went back to do the returns. However they actually denied the return policy and said no one promised the refund. And unfortunately it showed the same on the bottom of the receipt. *** ***** **** ** **** they promise the refund before I pay, but after I pay, the receipt shows that no refund, only exchange or store credit. * *** ** ***** ***** ***** *** ********* ***** ****** **** *********** ** ***** *** *** ******* ** ***** *** ******** * ***** ******* ******* ******* ** ***** ******* ***** **** *** **** *** ************* ***** ** ** *** ***** ******  ** ******** **** **** ********* ** ** ***** *** ******* ** ** ***. After I pay, they ****** ***** ******** *********** *** denied the refund. I don’t want to get store credit ******* * ***** **** ** ** **** ** **** **** ******* *** ******* ** ****** **** * ******* ****** ********** *** * ****** ***** **** ******** **** ***** I want my refund, *** ******* **** ** *** **** ***** ******** ******* ****** * ******** *** ******* **** ** **** *** **** *** ******* My friend was on the phone with me and she can prove that at the cashier, there was a guy and a lady told me that I can refund within 14 days. However the receipts said 30 days for exchange and store credit only.

      I am the owner, and I cashed out the customer at 12am during our midnight madness sale. **** **** ** ******** ** ***** *** ******** ********* ** ***** ******** ** *** ****** ***** Customer spoke to me directly and I know our return policy *********** * ***** *** Customer was told 14 days for exchange or credit. When the customer returned and we told her that we do not offer full refunds on discounted product she became very upset and was trying to demand a refund. ********* ** ** ** **** *** ********* ** *** *** ******** **** *** ****** ********* We are willing to exchange and or offer credit even help this customer find something that will work for her.

      Our return policy is the same in store and online. "No restocking fee, no hassles. Returns can be made on regular priced items within 14 days of the original purchase and with a valid R/A number. Product purchased online that is on sale or discounted in any way may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for store credit or exchange ONLY. All additional shipping costs are your responsibility."

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They didn’t make it clear to me during the time before I pay. *** ** ***** ***** ****** ** ** *** ** ****** *** **** **** * **** ****** *** **** ***** *** when I asked for the return policy, they all said, don’t worry you have 14 days. 

      I’m new to this store and I wouldn’t understand it by default as 14 days exchange only. I’m taking it as 14 days return and refund. 

      ** ** ******** **** **** **** ********* ** ** ***** *** *********** ******* ** **** * ***** ** ******* It would be easier for both of the parties if they made it clear at the beginning instead of ******** ** ** *** **** vague communication. 

      I don’t accept their respond ******* ** ***** ********** ***** *** ******** ******** ******** *** *** **** ******* I don’t want their store credit.
