Date of Transaction The dog was paid for on November 18, 2022 and delivered to me, in Mexico, on November 30, 2022. Amount of Money Paid I paid a grand total of $5,650 (United States Dollars) for the dog and its delivery to Mexico. Narnia Kennels agreed to the following as to the characteristics of the dog: “*** has good obedience, and compared to the average pet dog, definitely is more trained and more responsive and trained than many pet dogs, but she hasn’t been trained and cultivated to be a working Schutzhund competition dog the way ****** was.” (June 2022) Nature of the Dispute *** is an intelligent dog, as stated in an earlier email. What she seriously lacks is the temperament to consistently apply what she has been taught on a day-to-day basis. We teach the same things over and over and over and over every day. This is obviously inconsistent with your initial claims regarding her “good obedience” training. Please notice that in the pictures you sent of the dog proffered for purchase, and which I presumed I had indeed purchased, her tongue is perfectly pink at 18+ months old. The dog that I received has a melanin-spotted tongue. While the development of this trait is not unusual at birth, or in early puppy-hood, the development of such a trait at nearly two years of age (after she arrived in Mexico) is not a likelihood at all. This would imply that this is not the same dog as advertised. Has the Business Tried to Resolve the Problem? The owner of the business has not tried to resolve the dispute at all. In fact, I have not received a single responsive communication from ***** ******* the business owner, with regard to this complaint.Customer response
