I placed an order$51 on August 23, 2024. Received an email with order number #****. August 27th received an email order is on the way. When I click what was provided as a tracking number says to be delivered by end of day September 6th. When I check back daily no update on when to be delivered just says item delayed stay tuned for updates. Picture shows a truck icon which says In transit but has not moved still at same point. Ive reached out to company a week ago to request a refund but keep getting we are not online, will get back to you when we are available.Initial Complaint

I had placed my order by in March 7 and till now I still haven't got any notification or update on my order, but they've already taken the payment out of my account. I have reached to them several times via email and no response.
