STOP Flyers notice to Post Media. I have emailed Post Media for 4 weeks to stop delivering flyers. Customer Service is ONLY open on Friday. On Friday, all agents are busy and the call gets dropped. No reply to any emails to stop service.Review from Karmella W

Honestly never really had a problem with them before ** ***** * ****** ****** ** *******. But they recently, in the past few weeks, hired someone new who apparently has no idea how to read signs or deliver to an apartment building. Giant signs EVERYWHERE in the front entrance that CLEARLY state to call the building manager at the provided number for any deliveries to or within the building. But, instead of reading any of the signs or following the very clear directions, this *** guy "Glen" decided it was better to refuse to deliver the package and mark it as "undeliverable". Which, apparently, locks the package down for a week. Meaning they won't reattempt delivery or return it to the sender (******) so I can either have my order or get a refund. **** ****** **** **** **** *** ******** ** *** ********* *** **** **** *** ******** ** ****** ** I'll be ordering everything elsewhere now to ensure I never have to deal with this ***** ** ************ **** *** delivery company again.Review from Sylvia N

Hired Post media to make a website for my business as well as on network advertising. They made the website and had no issues with their work. The issues came a year after the work was completed. They continued to charge me monthly for advertising even though my contract was up in April. They continued to charge me until August of 2023, even after repeated emails to cancel any and all services they were providing, which they never did even though they received emails from them. After not getting any response and continuously getting charged, I opened cases with my Bank *** ********** ******** Post media decided to attempt to send me to collections without following proper procedure (Such as a certified letter which was never received) **** *** **** **** **** ********Review from Robyn B

I received a delivery notification email from this business yet I did not receive my package. One quick look at the "confirmation of delivery" photo they sent confirmed that they didn't deliver to my house. The civic number on the house in the photo is clearly not my number. Thanks to their carelessness, my package is missing. No phone number to be found to contact this joke if a company, simply an email address that generates an auto email telling you someone will respond in 12-24 hours. Still no response. Such poor customer service...basically non-existent.Review from George B

*** **** *** *** ** ****** **** ******* ** **** *** ******* *** * **** **** ********* This company forced themselves in the local logistic scene, now delivering ****** packages. Instead of reading instructions or using common sense, e.g. leaving deliveries sheltered, now you find packages everywhere in the neighborhood. Today, instead of the covered porch, the delivery person left a package out in the open in the POURING RAIN, at the side entrance that also has 'Do not deliver here, deliveries to the front porch' sign. Their website is a one-pager and it has no phone to contact. Bad service and even worst website.
