*** ****** ****** *** ****** ******* ** **** *** I paid in full almost 1 year now for two lots of land in their Playa Lagarto Eco Community Costa Rica. we did this as a business adventure. Its now one year since we have paid all money and with countless request and followup by me we have yet to receive Title Ownership. They have no answers of when i am to expect title ownership and because of the long wait the lenders that i had lined up to develop has now walked away because Recap cant produce any official paperwork showing legal title. Contacted Roni and the his group requesting a full refund and i was told that i have to wait or sign an agreement giving them permission to sell my two lots on my behalf and then they will refund me. How can i even given permission to sell something that i have zero records that i official own. I cant even attempt to sell it on my own because i don't have any paperwork showing legal ownership. All i want is the money that we paid for a product that they fail to deliver. Contract sales agreement is so vague and no mention of timeline yet all my conversations on the phone with the sale lady i had stated that my investors need to see title to lend, *** ******* ** ****** ** *** *********** ****** *** they are holding my money ** *******.
