I contacted A Nerd's World (ANW) on March 11, 2023 to prepare a logo for my new company. I chose the the Silver Logo Design package for $2500 plus HST. On March 17, 2023 I paid the initial 50% up front to get started as agreed, namely $1412.50. On May 3, 2023 they sent me the draft logo concepts. On May 23, 2023 I replied with feedback. On May 31, 2023 ANW sent me the revised concepts. On July 27, 2023, ANW followed up with me regarding the revised concepts. On July 28, 2023, I advised ANW that a lot of things had come up and I was unable to provide feedback for awhile, and ANW replied "no problem at all! I look forward to hearing from you when you're ready". On October 10, 2023, I replied with my instructions for the final logo. I followed up with ANW by email on December 31, 2023, January 31, 2024, February 10, 2024, February 28, 2024 and March 11, 2024. I also sent some messages through their website (which I do not get a copy of). Today I tried the phone numbers listed for them.
