      I had a problem with the battery on my car and after *** rescue came over to check for a hitch, I took the car to the Audi uptown store to have it checked out, only to be told by the inspector that by the time the car arrived at the store, the battery was completely dead, and that it would need to be pushed by human power to get it fixed and that the repairman in the back said that the battery was completely dead and would need to be replaced. At first I didn't quite believe that the battery was completely dead, I asked them to provide me with the old battery to check it out, but they said that the old battery had already been disposed of, and later I paid to have it replaced so as not to complicate things. But when I got home I realized that * *** ********** **** **, according to my car recorder image my car was still in a charged state when I arrived at the store, and even their repairman drove my car off the trailer and drove it to the repair location, not pushing it by human force like they said it was completely dead. Later I contacted audi canada and they couldn't give me a full answer, at first they said my car comes with a new car 4 year 80,000km warranty and this warranty covers the battery, but a few days later they told me that this battery is not covered, they said they would have the 4s store manager contact me, but no one contacted me at all. I had a very bad experience and I feel like I paid money I didn't have to pay.

      **** ****** ** ********** *** ******* *** *** ***** ******** We have our Audi car serviced at Audi Uptown and they recommended to do wheels alignment for a better maintenance. We paid the price and by accident found that they actually did nothing. It was just after 1 month of that service, we went to another Audi dealer for a safety check. They informed us that there are alignment issue on our wheels. We were shocked that this is supposed to be already performed at Audi Uptown one month ago! And also, we found that the price Audi Uptown charged is 25% higher than the second dealer. When we called back asking for re-check and re-do the alignment, they refused and said they are not responsible for anything that is over 2 weeks of time. Moreover, if we want to dispute with them, we have to find another independent 3rd party to file a report and this would cost us more* ** ********** ** **** ******** ****** **** ****** **** ********** *** ** *** *** ***** *** ******** **** ***** ** ******* ** ***** ****** **** *** ******** *** ************** **** ****** **** *********** *** *** *****

      BEFORE BUYING A (CPO) CERTIFIED-PREOWNED VEHICLE READ THIS REVIEW. Earlier this year I picked up a 2018 Audi TTS. Lovely car. On the day of delivery I noticed the front air vent grill was broken and the bumper was scratched (**** ******** ******). Dealership: The car is CPO inspected and cleared but looks like this slipped through the cracks. We'll take care of it. Okay, no worries. I totally understand. Little had I known what was in store for me. This began nearly a year long ordeal. Hang tight because we're just getting started. That day (delivery day) I drove the car home in good faith and here's some other issues that sprung up: ???? Apart from the front bumper scratch and broken grill repair/replacement ???? I noticed a knocking sound from the engine bay area on the driver’s side (was a cross bar or something, not the technical wizzard here) on slow speeds. ????And the brakes making a squealing sound (which is quite embarrassing as you pull up to a stop). ******* **************** A bit disappointed I reached out to the dealership. There response: The car is CPO inspected and cleared but looks like this slipped through the cracks. We'll take care of it. Okay, no worries. I totally understand a laundry list of items slipped through the inspection. Nearly 3 months later the dealership resolved all the issues except for the brakes which make a loud squealing sound at low and high speeds once they warm up. Response from the dealership: The car is CPO inspected and cleared and the brakes are at 50% Frustrated and embarrassed by the car's squealing sounds, I reached out to Audi Canada and their response: The dealership said so and we can't help you. And here I am now sharing my experience for anyone else who might be considering a certified pre-owned vehicle. PS: The people are super nice. It's most likely bad process.
