******* ********** ********** signed a contract with OpenText on September 28th, 2021. We never implemented the faxing service because our new IT director decided to change our phone system to include the faxing service. Although OpenText has provided no service whatsoever in the past year, they insist that we pay them 268.00 per month for the full three years of the contract. It was our error in signing that contract admittedly. However, what kind of business would insist on receiving payment for no services whatsoever, ********** * *** *** ****** ************ **** ****** ****** **** ******* ********* *** ****** ****** ************. A company of good repute would allow an organization that never initiated any service out of the contract rather than requiring payment for nothing whatsoever.Business response
