Just over three years ago, I purchased a brand new 2020 **** Edge (note that this is the 6th **** vehicle Ive purchased showing my loyalty to the brand) and Im experiencing a critical problem with the cruise control and pre-collision feature that are both failing. When I purchased this Edge, I made sure to get the extended warranty package which I paid $4,500 to have complete peace of mind given that I planned to own it for a very long time. The sales person along with the sales manager sold me this extended warranty stating that it would be bumper to bumper and I wouldnt have to worry about anything for the 6 years of my financing agreement. When I brought the vehicle in for this issue, I was told that the problem exists with a vehicle sensor that is located in the engine area behind the front bumper. I stated that the car has never been in an accident and is in mint condition as you can see in the attached picture. They then went on to say that I must have hit something to cause this issue and that I would personally have to pay over $1000. I couldnt believe it and shared my disappointment with the service department who dismissed me. They told me that my only option would be to call **** ******. So, I called them and was given the run around, ultimately stating that the dealership Performance **** Windsor (performancefordwindsor.com) has to resolve the issue. Again, I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Frankly, I dont have the money for this nor should I have to pay a ***** more than what I already did for the extended warranty. I went back to the dealership and they were firm that it was my fault and I had to pay. So, Im forced to drive it as-is. During rain and snow conditions, the car acts as if it is going to be in a collision and on occasion immediately brakes which is very scary. Im sharing this on social media because I dont know what else to do or where to go. The dealership and **** ****** #fordcanada keep giving me the run around. Hopefully this post gets their attention and resolves my problem under the warranty plan that I paid generously for. I will share that if this does not get resolved under my warranty agreement, I will never purchase another **** vehicle again. I called **** ****** again today and again was not satisfied with the outcome. My $4600 extended warranty is good for nothing.Initial Complaint

I had purchased a used **** Escape 2013 from Performance **** a few months back.As part of the safety, I was promised certain **************** for which I paid additional than the listed amount for the car.One of the parts was the Rear Camera for **** 2013 which was fitted aftermarket, I was asked to wait for the camera since it wasn't in stock. Last month, the camera arrived and the service technician informed that the camera isn't compatible with the existing wiring. I am now advised to fit a cheaper camera from the market at my own cost.Now that they aren't fitting the promised camera and I paid for the expensive part, I request them to refund me the camera amount that was paid as part of the safety. I have attached the sale invoice + Cost of the camera + Advisor's comment that the camera doesn't fit.Now after 5 months paying for the camera, I am left with neither the camera or the money. I demand refund for the camera amount I paid.Customer response

The Performance **** people reached out to me for resolution. Thanks to BBB, I could get refund from them for the missing part.
