      In the reviews for the men's multivitamin there was a double review that read as follows. These ******* actually posted one after the other on the same day, lmao!! they didn't even separate the identical reviews.       I placed an order for Grass-Fed New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate - 2 kg (4.4 lb) on Oct 22, 2023 from Canadian Protein. As of the date of this review (Dec 01, 2023), I have neither received the package nor been issued a refund. I contacted their customer service, and they initiated an investigation with Canada Post. However, it has been over a month, and the investigation remains open without resolution. As a customer, I am left waiting for either a refund or the delivery of my package. This has been the most unsatisfactory customer experience I have ever encountered.

      If it was on flavour alone it would be 5 stars the problem is their customer service is absolutely terrible. They had a sale price posted on one of the proteins, however when going to checkout it was alot more then the same price had listed. I went ahead and purchased anyways as I did not want to miss getting their sale and stock was selling out quickly and I contacted customer service with the issue as well as the screen shot of the price that was listed when being advertised on their website, their response “ Good Afternoon, Thank You for contacting Canadian Protein, this seems to be an error on the website. The product once you click it will display the correct procing and we apologize for this inconvenience.” I asked may I please be given a credit for the difference as I would not have purchased it for the price I paid and they responded “Customer Support Agent (Canadian Protein) Apr 3, 2023, 09:54 ADT Good Morning, Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill this request. All prices provided on the product and checkout are the accurate prices, we apologize for this inconveneince. Sales and Refunds / Price Match We do not offer price matching on orders leading up to or following a sale of any kind. We do not offer refunds on orders leading up to or following a sale when a customer is unhappy with the price they purchased for. Discounts do not stack.” This completely contradicts their previous email. The advertised price was false *********** and they will not offer me a refund on my purchase. Completely dishonest company. I will not be purchasing from them again.

      I ordered from them Mar 16th, package made it to Mississauga Canada post March 19th and was tracked. It stayed there for 2 weeks, and I told them it never came. They did ask for a review already and how I liked the product (which never came). Their customer service is not good, dont actually talk to anyone, just get email responses and email correspondence. They opened an investigation with Canada Post, whom after a few days concluded they have no clue where the package is. I finally get another email from them saying it can't be found. Options are full refund or they can send another. Told them I would like some kind of compensation as it has been about 20 days, for their 1-2 day delivery, but yes i want the replacement shipment. Asked that someone call me or have a # i can call to address this. Just got another email today, very generic, that the product has been sent, provided me the tracking #. Responses are pretty cold and they make no attempt for customer service. First and last time ordering from them.

      Horrible customer service. I've ordered from them multiple times and for medical reasons needed to try Vegan protein powder. Bought 2 and they were disgusting and had the consistency of pudding. The person said we don't give credits so read the policies. Rude *** **** *** ********.

      I have purchased protein here a few times always been great product and service. Then this last bag I made a shake and found it had a chemical or weird taste I thought nothing of it cause it said new and improved flavour. Shortly after my stomach felt sick. I reach out and told them somethings not right here and told a test will be done and back to me in 24 hrs. It's been a week and there ignoring my emails and text messages. Not impressed with customer service and the protein I have received as I sit here in the DARK.

      Horrible customer service, i had purchased 6kg of the Grass-Fed New Zealand Whey Isolate and contacted customer service to advice them that the second bag had a rancid taste and smell, i was advised to check the 3rd bag which also had a similar taste and smell. i provided them with the batch code with expiration and was told that someone would contact me. it has now been well over 6 months with multiple phone calls and emails i still have yet to hear from anyone. I have also left a review on there website which did not get posted because it was not a 5 star review. save your self the time, money, and headache and deal with someone local.

      STAY AWAY FROM CANADIAN PROTEIN!!! I ordered an exercise bench because the price seemed right on a sale and it looked pretty decent. When I received it, it was a totally different bench. Different structure, different colour, different material... not at all the one in the picture. I've contacted the company via email and phone more than 20 times and haven't even received a callback. The customer service for this company is non-existant. Don't waste your time with their fitness stuff or this company at all.... unless you like receiving different products than you ordered and no way to resolve the issue. What a waste of my time and money!
