Called me to do some plumbing for him( his old plumber bailed on him) red flag** wanted to finish some waterlines from copper to PEX. Done what he told me never heard anything he agreed on a price before beginning work after the work was completed got excuse after excuse about payment many times we were supposed to meet about payment never showed up. Still haven’t been paid by ***** tool. Very unprofessional ripping people off known for never paying people or leaving projects unfinished after receiving a payment.Initial Complaint

You can see the entirety of our communication between myself, my husband (****) and ***** *****. Our contact began on Oct 20, 2022 following a post I made on ******** asking about potential companies in our community. My husband them continued discussions with him and we hired them. We paid for the services via etransfer for $529.00 and received a receipt from the company on Nov 4, 2022 for the same amount. Everything seemed legit and at that point we had no concerns. Fast forward to Dec 14, 2022 when we had a snowfall and needed snow clearing. A different company (Riley's) was at our residence which made no sense to us. My husband texted him on Dec 19 2022 to try to sort it out; I called him on Dec 20 2022 and then I emailed him on Jan 2, 2023 and neither of us has received a response to date. We are very frustrated and want to sort this out. I have requested a full refund if they don't have the capability / capacity to fulfill their end of the contract. There is no reason why he isn't responding to our text, call or email and I am very frustrated. At this point, I want a refund as I can't continue to do business with someone who won't communicate with us when we have a question or concern.Customer response
