            Nimbus water - been with them 2 years I too recommend keeping accurate account of your charges and payments and number of bottles delivered and there delivery fees because they will take money from you and overcharge. There is no recourse - worst company to deal with.

            We here at Nimbus pride ourselves in both the products we offer and our customer service and apologize if your experience has been less than satisfactory. Our water delivery driver has been with our company, for a loyal 23 years and has had less than a handful of incidents with invoicing over the course of those years. Our drivers are required to balance all bottles in and out daily to ensure no errors are made, or are caught immediately.

            We would be more than happy to go over the invoiced items with you further so you may feel confident that the charges are correct. Although we send out all invoices monthly, we would also be more than happy to re-print and send all in question out again at any time.

            We value all our customers and are sorry to see one leave us, and are always happy to help find a solution.

            Thank You for your time with us at Nimbus and hope to have the chance to do business in the future with you.

            When I asked about paper invoices and/or statement For my review I was told I would have to come into review. They would not be mailing anything. I said something about there accounting system and the reply was she can't help there either. They also did not care how long I have been with them. When I asked the gal how long I had been with them her reply was ONLY 2 Years. When I asked her if I'm being charged for multiple deliveries she refused to answer.
