Enhance your profile

Update your business information with BBB
Go to BBB.org/greatwestpacific/login. Enter your email address and password. Click on Update Business Profile to keep your business information up to date.
You can update the following:
- Business names
- Business addresses
- Business phone and fax numbers
- Employee/contact information
- Email addresses
- Website address/ social media URLs
- Hours of operation
- Business categories
- Products & services
- Licensing
Upload photos/images and videos to your business profile
Login to your Accredited Business Portal. Click on Upload Photos & Videos to upload your business logo, visuals of your products/services, or photos of your team.
Upload web-ready .png, .jpg or .gif images.
Recommended dimensions:
- Logos 1:1 Ratio or 400 x 400 pixels
- Other Photos/Images 16:9 Ratio or 640 x 360 pixels
Manage your account
View your BBB stats and your BBB Business Profile. Make payments and update your payment information. Respond to customer reviews and open complaints.
Pay your BBB Accreditation invoice & update your payment method information
Once logged into your account, click on Manage Billing to pay your invoice, update your payment information, and access your billing history. You can check on any outstanding balances and keep your account up to date.
View your BBB stats
Click on View My BBB Stats (on the left hand side) to see how many people have found your company through BBB.
View your BBB Business Profile
Login to your Accredited Business Portal at BBB.org/greatwestpacific/login. Click on View My BBB Business Profile to see how consumers view your business on BBB.org.
Respond to a customer review
Go to BBB.org/greatwestpacific/login. Click on Customer Review Center to view and respond to customer reviews of your business and access the link to help promote your customer reviews.
Click View to see the BBB Customer Review and respond/comment.
From here you will be able to comment on any customer reviews about your business on BBB.org. Please understand that the customer review and your response will be publicly posted on the BBB website.
Respond to an open complaint
Once logged in, click on Manage Disputes for an opportunity to respond to any complaint against your business.
You may only use this tool if you received the complaint vie email and you have an email address – which must be the same as the one on file with BBB .
Promote your BBB Accreditation
Access tools that make it easy to promote your BBB Accreditation and show customers that you are a trusted business.
Install your BBB Accredited Business Dynamic Seal
Go to BBB.org/greatwestpacific/login. Once logged in, click on Download Accredited Business Seals, Logos and Icons to promote your Accreditation online.
- Click on the seal you would like to feature
- Choose your seal format
- Click Select and copy the code to the seal you would like to feature online.
- With the code saved in your clipboard, you can paste into your web site. In some cases you may need to contact your website developer to install the html code on your site.
Install your customer review button
Once logged in, click on Dynamic Seals and then BBB Customer Review Seal for use Online. Installing this button on your website will help generate positive interactions with your customers.

Simply email us a picture of your organization displaying the BBB Accredited Business seal, as well as a quote on how showcasing the seal has benefited your organization. Get-A-Quote dashboard
Once logged in, click on Get-A-Quote Dashboard to interact with potential customers who can request an estimate or more information about your business. You can customize this button to match your business' needs: Start and Order, Book an Appointment, Make a Reservation, etc.
- Click View Request to read the quote request details.
- Click Confirm Receipt to update the status.
Your BBB Profile QR code
Login to your Accredited Business Portal. Click on BBB Profile QR Code on the left hand menu to download your unique QR code. Add it to your flyers or business cards to encourage customers to visit your BBB Profile.
