Dear Mr. *******: This is a TIME-CONSUMING effort on my part and wish I didn't have to do it. I have MUCH more important things to do. Therefore, please don't take this lightly. BUT, in all fairness, I have tried to hotd my peace and anger on this while 1thoroughty verified that I still had a severe, highty dangerous, and safety related problem with my 200S Uncoln Zephyr. After receiving all the repairs over the past 3 months, I waited for an additional 2 weeks to see if the issue would clear up on its own. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I AM STILL COMPLETELY UPSETW ABOUT SERVICE/REPAIRS that t received over the past 3 months at your Precision Tune service center located at XXXX Xst ********************, AL XXXXX. I had my brake booster repaired/replaced FOUR T1MESm and the car is still NOT FIXED. I still hear the brake booster "hissing" toudty and the check engine light is on constantly. This is primarily my wife's car to use to go to waditt not attow her to drive this vehicle because of the current UNSAFE condition. That said, my wife and I have struggled for the past 3 months with ONE vehicle for both of us to go to work each day. Below is the background of what has happened over the past 3 months. -October 27,2021, I got my car towed into Precision Tune to get it evaluated for poor braking issues. (noticed a hissing sound and hard braking) The mechanic/manager stated that the brake booster needed to be replaced. I agreed with the assessment, and I picked up the car after the repair. November 5, 2021, the hissing sound AND HARD braking conditions returned. 1took the car back to Precision Tune. Precision Tune stated that the brake booster was bad and that it needed to be replaced. I completely understood here (New Parts can be faulty, It's life). I agreed with the assessment, and I picked up the car after the repair was made. I drove the car for a couple weeks to test At first, things appeared to be ok. HOWEVER, very shortly, the hissing sou
