Company came ************* and cut down tree . Piled by street . Told would pick up on Friday or Saturday. No show. Called on Monday and told Tuesday. No show again. Called and told Wednesday. No show again. Called on Wednesday and told Thursday Morning. No show again. Price for cutting good. Follow up poorBusiness response

I would like to apologize to *************** I do show that the debris was picked up on Thursday morning at 11:44. It should have been explained to ************** that we are running behind on picking up debris due to several drivers being out injured and having trucks down due to heat related issues. It is our standard to have debris picked up within ***** hours and I do regret that circumstances delayed our picking up his debris in a timely manor. Again, we do apologize that he was unhappy and I have addressed the situation with our staff to ensure that others do not experience the same situation.
