My wife and I purchased a rug from Kings House Oriental Rugs on January 18, 2022. We were billed for half of the rug on Jan 18th ($1,570) and the other half when it was shipped on July 13th ($1,570). We received the incorrect rug and have been in contact with the retailer to get the correct rug. The retailer has acknowledged that we received the incorrect rug. We have been told since August 1st that the correct rug was shipped, yet the retailer cannot provide a tracking number or details about the location of the rug. We have asked the retailer to send a prepaid label to return the incorrect rug and asked for a refund of our purchase. The retailer has stated they cannot issue a refund until both rugs are returned, one of which they do not know the current location of. I have uploaded a copy of the email correspondence.
